    Abstract

    Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai Efektivitas Perubahan Manajemen Kurikulum Tradisional Ke Modern Di Pondok Pesantren Pagelaran III. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui gambaran jelas mengenai manajemen kurikulum pagelaran sebagai kurikulum khas di Pondok Pesantren Pagelaran III. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan observasi dengan kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah bagian kurikulum, dan dan guru sebagain informan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa pendekatan yang terstruktur dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian dan evaluasi kurikulum telah memberikan dampak yang positif yang signifikan dan efektif terhadap tingkat kualitas lulusan Pondok Pesantren Pagelaran III. Dampak positif ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan kualitas lulusannya dari segi aqidah, akhlak, prestasi serta kemandiriannya. Dengan itu manajemen kurikulum khas Pondok Pesantren Pagelaran III yang menekankankan pada pendidikan akhlak telah berhasil mencapai tujuan untuk membentuk santri yang berkarakter berakhlakul karimah. This research examines The effectiveness of changing the management of the traditional curriculum to modern at the Pagelaran III Islamic boarding school. The aim is to find out a clear picture of the management of the pagelaran curriculum as a typical curriculum at the Pagelaran III Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through interviews, documentation studies and observations with the head of the madrasah, deputy head of the madrasah for curriculum, and teachers as informants. The results of this research are that a structured approach in planning, organizing and evaluating the curriculum has had a significant and effective positive impact on the quality level of Pagelaran III Islamic Boarding School graduates. This positive impact can be seen from improving the quality of graduates in terms of aqidah, morals, achievements and independence. With this, the management of the typical curriculum at the Pagelaran III Islamic Boarding School which emphasizes moral education has succeeded in achieving the goal of forming students with moral character.
