Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi organisasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan akademik pada siswa di SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. Fokus penelitian diarahkan untuk mengungkap sejauh mana efektivitas komunikasi yang berlangsung di lingkungan sekolah dapat mendukung peningkatan mutu pelayanan akademik yang diterima siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang disebarkan kepada siswa sebagai responden, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komunikasi organisasi dengan kualitas pelayanan akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan akademik. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik proses komunikasi di lingkungan sekolah, maka pelayanan akademik yang diterima siswa juga semakin meningkat. Dengan demikian, komunikasi internal terbukti berperan penting dalam mendukung pelayanan pendidikan yang optimal di sekolah menengah kejuruan. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of organizational communication on the quality of academic services for students at SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. The focus of the research is directed at revealing the extent to which the effectiveness of communication within the school environment can support improvements in the quality of academic services received by students. This study employs a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to students as respondents and were analyzed using simple linear regression to examine the relationship between organizational communication and the quality of academic services. The findings indicate that organizational communication has a significant influence on the quality of academic services. This result suggests that the better the communication processes within the school environment, the higher the quality of academic services perceived by students. Thus, internal communication is proven to play an important role in supporting effective and optimal educational services in vocational high schools.
