    Abstract

    Kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah membutuhkan pedoman yang jelas agar proses pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan efektif, efisien, dan sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan. Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Pembelajaran menjadi salah satu instrumen penting dalam menjamin mutu dan konsistensi pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Namun, efektivitas penerapan SOP tidak hanya bergantung pada keberadaannya, tetapi juga pada pemahaman, konsistensi pelaksanaan, serta kepuasan siswa sebagai pihak yang langsung menerima layanan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang dilakukan di SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap berbagai pihak terkait, seperti guru, siswa, serta pengelola kurikulum. Fokus penelitian meliputi aspek ketersediaan SOP, faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam implementasinya, proses evaluasi, efektivitas pelaksanaan, serta tingkat kepuasan siswa terhadap pelaksanaan SOP Pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SOP Pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 3 Bandung belum tersedia secara lengkap dan konsisten. Faktor pendukung mencakup fasilitas fisik yang memadai, pelatihan rutin bagi guru, dan evaluasi berkala. Adapun hambatan utama meliputi ketidakkonsistenan pelaksanaan, lemahnya sistem manajemen mutu, serta kurangnya adaptasi terhadap perubahan kurikulum. Melalui analisis SWOT, dirumuskan strategi perbaikan menggunakan pendekatan Weaknesses-Threats (WT), di antaranya pelaksanaan audit internal secara berkala, penguatan koordinasi antar guru, serta pembaruan SOP yang lebih kontekstual dan adaptif. Meskipun masih terdapat tantangan, SOP telah memberikan struktur yang membantu kelancaran proses pembelajaran. Tingkat kepuasan siswa secara umum tergolong baik, terutama dalam aspek pelayanan guru dan sarana prasarana, meskipun masih terdapat catatan terkait fleksibilitas metode pembelajaran dan konsistensi implementasi SOP. Learning activities in schools require clear guidelines to ensure that the teaching process runs effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards. The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for learning plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and consistency of instructional delivery. However, the effectiveness of SOP implementation depends not only on its availability but also on how well it is understood, consistently applied, and how it meets student expectations as the direct recipients of learning services. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study method conducted at SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies involving various stakeholders, including teachers, students, and curriculum administrators. The study focused on the availability of SOPs, supporting and inhibiting factors in their implementation, the evaluation process, the effectiveness of their execution, and the level of student satisfaction with SOP-based learning. The findings revealed that the SOPs managed by the Curriculum Unit were not yet fully complete or consistently implemented. Supporting factors included adequate physical facilities, regular teacher training, and routine evaluations. In contrast, key obstacles included inconsistent application, weak quality management systems, and limited adaptation to curriculum changes and diverse student needs. Through SWOT analysis, a Weaknesses-Threats (WT) strategy was proposed, involving regular internal audits, strengthened teacher coordination, and the revision of SOPs to make them more contextual and adaptive. While challenges remain, the SOP has provided a structured framework for the learning process. Overall, student satisfaction was generally positive, particularly regarding teacher support and infrastructure, though concerns remain about the flexibility of teaching methods and consistency in SOP implementation.
