Abstract
Pelaksanaan evaluasi merupakan salah satu aspek esensial untuk meningkatkan kualitas program. Evaluasi tidak hanya berfokus pada hasil dari program yang dilaksanakan, tetapi juga harus pada perencanaan dan proses suatu program. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan program kampus mengajar angkatan 5 dengan melihat kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Ancaran dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 109 yang terdiri 104 siswa, 1 guru dan 4 peserta kampus mengajar. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dan stratified random sampling. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian evaluasi ini adalah kuantitatif dan menggunakan model evaluasi IPO (Input, Process, Output). Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi.. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, evaluasi komponen input menunjukan bahwa program kampus mengajar angkatan 5 termasuk dalam kategori baik, namun terdapat hal yang perlu ditingkatkan seperti ketersediaan fasilitas dan sarana prasarana. Lebih lanjut pada komponen proses menunjukan bahwa program kampus mengajar angkatan 5 terkategori baik. Pelatihan yang diberikan kepada peserta kampus mengajar serta strategi, metode yang digunakan peserta kampus mengajar dalam proses pembelajaran sudah baik. Pada aspek monitoring dan evaluasi program belum dilaksanakan dengan maksimal sehingga dampaknya komponen output yang memperlihatkan nilai ujian akhir siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika dan bahasa Indonesia yang masih rendah hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa keterampilan numerasi dan literasi siswa terkategori kurang. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini diantaranya adalah bagi sekolah hendaknya melakukan perawatan fasilitas, sarana dan prasarana, selain itu peserta kampus mengajar sebaiknya melakukan observasi terlebih dahulu agar mengetahui bagaimana keadaan sekolah, karakteristik peserta didik, kemudian untuk program kampus mengajar itu sendiri agar bisa diberdayakan perekrutan mahasiswa khusus kependidikan dan pembedayaan peran dosen pembimbing lapangan serta intensitas pelatihan sebelum program dilaksanakan Kata kunci : Evaluasi Program, Kampus Mengajar, Kemampuan Literasi dan Numerasi. The implementation of evaluation is one of the essential aspects to improve the quality of a program. Evaluation should not only focus on the outcomes of the program but also on its planning and process. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the 5th batch of the Teaching Campus program by examining students' literacy and numeracy skills. The research was conducted at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Ancaran, with a sample size of 109, consisting of 104 students, 1 teacher, and 4 Teaching Campus participants. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling and stratified random sampling. The approach employed in this evaluation research was quantitative, using the IPO (Input, Process, Output) evaluation model. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. Based on the research findings, the evaluation of the input component showed that the 5th batch of the Teaching Campus program was categorized as good, though there were areas needing improvement, such as the availability of facilities and infrastructure. Furthermore, the process component indicated that the 5th batch of the Teaching Campus program was also categorized as good. The training provided to the Teaching Campus participants, as well as the strategies and methods they used in the learning process, were well-implemented. However, the monitoring and evaluation aspects of the program were not carried out optimally, which impacted the output component. This was reflected in the students' report card grades for Mathematics and Indonesian language subjects, which remained low, indicating that students' numeracy and literacy skills were categorized as lack. The recommendations from this study include that schools should maintain facilities, infrastructure, and infrastructure. In addition, participants in the campus teaching program should conduct observations first to find out the condition of the school and the characteristics of the students. Then, for the campus teaching program itself, it should be empowered to recruit special education students and empower the role of field supervisors and the intensity of training before the program is implemented.
