Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran TGfU dan DI terhadap penampilan bermain bola voli dan minat siswa, dengan mempertimbangkan motivasi siswa (tinggi dan rendah). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain faktorial 2x2. Populasi pada penelitian adalah siswa ekstrakulikuler bola voli sekolah menengah atas sebanyak 24 dengan pengambikan sampling purposive sampling yang dibagi berdasarkan model pembelajaran dan motivasi siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes penampilan bermain bola voli yang disesuaikan dari instrumen GPAI, dan minat siswa yang disusun berdasarkan indikator minat siswa (Kurniawan et al., 2021). Data analisis menggunakan uji univarite (ANOVA) untuk melihat pengaruh masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari model pembelajaran terhadap penampilan dan minat belajar siswa. Adanya interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi, yang menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas model pembelajaran dapat berbeda tergantung pada motivasi siswa. Uji lanjutan (Tukey HSD) menunjukkan bahwa pada siswa dengan motivasi tinggi, model TGfU lebih baik dan pada siswa dengan motivasi rendah model DI lebih baik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ketika menjadi guru bisa memilih dan memilah model pembelajaran dan juga memperhatikan motivasi. This study aims to determine the effect of learning models of tgfu and DI on the appearance of playing volleyball and student interest, taking into account the motivation of students (high and low). The study used a quantitative approach with 2x2 factorial design. The population in the study were 24 high school volleyball extracurricular students with purposive sampling sampling which was divided based on the learning model and student motivation. Data collection was carried out through a volleyball performance test adapted from the GPAI instrument, and student interests compiled based on student interest indicators (Kurniawan et al., 2021). Data analysis using univarite test (ANOVA) to see the effect of each independent variable to the dependent variable. The results showed that there is a significant influence of learning models on the appearance and learning interests of students. There is an interaction between learning and motivation models, which shows that the effectiveness of learning models can differ depending on the motivation of students. The follow-up test (Tukey HSD) showed that in highly motivated students, the tgfu model was better and in low-motivated students the DI model was better. The results of this study show that when a teacher can choose and sort out learning models and also pay attention to motivation.
