    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di keluarga dan PAI di sekolah terhadap spiritual well-being siswa SMAN 4 Kota Sukabumi. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh pentingnya integrasi pendidikan agama di dua lingkungan utama, yaitu keluarga dan sekolah untuk membentuk kesejahteraan spiritual peserta didik secara utuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket terstandar kepada 383 siswa kelas X, yang sebelumnya telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PAI di keluarga memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan spiritual well-being siswa (R = 0,619; R² = 0,383; B = 0,557; p < 0,001). PAI di sekolah juga menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan (β = 0,516; p < 0,001). Analisis regresi berganda mengungkapkan bahwa kedua variabel secara simultan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap spiritual well-being (F = 115,271; p < 0,001) dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,392 mengindikasikan bahwa sebesar 39,2% variasi spiritual well-being siswa dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut dalam model regresi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik kualitas Pendidikan Agama Islam di keluarga dan sekolah, semakin tinggi pula tingkat kesejahteraan spiritual siswa. Penelitian ini menegaskan urgensi sinergi antara keluarga dan sekolah dalam pembinaan nilai-nilai Islam, yang mencakup penanaman akidah, pembiasaan ibadah, pembentukan akhlak, serta penguatan hubungan dengan Allah, sesama, dan lingkungan. Implikasi praktis dari hasil ini adalah perlunya perancangan strategi pendidikan agama yang terpadu, baik di rumah maupun di sekolah, untuk mendukung pembentukan spiritual well-being siswa. This study aims to examine the influence of Islamic Religious Education in the family and school on students’ spiritual well-being. The background of this study is based on the importance of integrating religious education in two main environments, namely the family and school, to form the holistic spiritual well-being of students. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a correlational design and multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through the distribution of standardized questionnaires to 383 tenth-grade students, which had previously been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study indicate that PAI in the family has a positive and significant relationship with students' spiritual well-being (R = 0.619; R² = 0.383; B = 0.557; p < 0.001). PAI in school also shows a positive and significant relationship (β = 0.516; p < 0.001). Multiple regression analysis revealed that both variables simultaneously contributed significantly to spiritual well-being (F = 115.271; p < 0.001) with a coefficient of determination of 0.392 indicating that 39.2% of the variation in students' spiritual well-being can be explained by both variables in the regression model. These findings indicate that the better the quality of Islamic religious education in the family and school, the higher the level of students' spiritual well-being. This study underscores the urgency of synergy between family and school in fostering Islamic values, including instilling faith, cultivating religious practices, shaping character, and strengthening relationships with Allah, others, and the environment. The practical implications of these findings highlight the need for the development of integrated religious education strategies, both at home and in school, to support the development of students' spiritual well-being.
