Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Studi Deskriptif Pembinaan Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Bidang Penyelenggaraan dan Evaluasi Diklat di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Geologi Bandung”. Permasalahan yang akan dikaji penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1) Bagaimana pelaksanaan disiplin kerja pegawai Bidang Penyelenggaraan dan Evaluasi Diklat di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Geologi Bandung ?, 2) Upaya apa saja yang dilakukan lembaga dalam membina disiplin kerja pegawai Bidang Penyelenggaraan dan Evaluasi Diklat di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Geologi Bandung ?. 3) Bagaimana dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan disiplin kerja pegawai Bidang Penyelenggaraan dan Evaluasi Diklat melalui pendekatan reward and punishment di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Geologi Bandung ?, 4) Faktor apa yang mendukung dan menghambat pelaksanaan pembinaan disiplin kerja pegawai di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Geologi ?. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk memperoleh gambaran yang jelas mengenai pelaksanaan disiplin kerja pegawai Bidang Penyelenggaraan dan Evaluasi Diklat di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Geologi Bandung, 2) Untuk mengetahui upaya apa yang dilakukan lembaga dalam membina disiplin kerja pegawai Bidang Penyelenggaraan dan Evaluasi Diklat di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Geologi Bandung, 3) Untuk memperoleh gambaran dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan disiplin kerja pegawai melalui pendekatan reward and punishment Bidang Penyelenggaraan dan Evaluasi Diklat di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Geologi Bandung, 4) Untuk memperoleh gambaran yang jelas mengenai faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan pembinaan disiplin kerja pegawai Bidang Penyelenggaraan dan Evaluasi Diklat di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Geologi Bandung. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Menggunakan teknik purpose sampling dan mengunakan analisis data line by line. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa secara umum pegawai BPED Pusdiklat Geologi sudah berperilaku disiplin, tetapi ditemukan pegawai yang belum disiplin. Theory Reinforcement hanya berjalan untuk konsekuensi punishment saja. Pembinaan disiplin kerja pegawai sudah berjalan baik dilihat dari pegawai yang sudah mengikuti peraturan menggunakan finger print. This study entitled "Descriptive Study of Employee Discipline in the Training Center of Implementation and Evaluation Sector in Bandung Education and Training Center of Geology". Issues to be studied by the author in this study are: 1) How does the implementation of employee discipline in the training center of Implementation and Evaluation Sector in Bandung Education and Training Center of Geology, 2) What efforts made by the institution in fostering employee discipline in the training center of Implementation and Evaluation Sector in Bandung Education and Training Center of Geology?, 3) How is the implementation of employee discipline in the Training Center of Implementation and Evaluation Sector through the approach of reward and punishment in Bandung Education and Training Center of Geology?, 4) What factors that support and hinder the implementation of employee development in the discipline of Education and Training Center of Geology?. The purpose of this study are: 1) To obtain a clear picture of the implementation of employee discipline in the Training Center of Implementation and Evaluation Sector in Bandung Education and Training Center of Geology, 2) To find out the efforts made by the institution in fostering employee discipline in the Training Center of Implementation and Evaluation Sector in Bandung Education and Training Center of Geology, 3) To obtain an overview in the implementation of development of employee work discipline through reward and punishment approach in the Training Center of Implementation and Evaluation Sector in Bandung Education and Training Center of Geology, 4) in order to obtain a clear picture of the factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of employee discipline in the Training Center of Implementation and Evaluation Sector in Bandung Education and Training Center of Geology. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation study. While the data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative method. Using purpose sampling techniques and using line by line data analysis. It is concluded that in general, employees of BPED Geology Training Center has behaved discipline, but found out some employees that didn’t behave discipline yet. Reinforcement Theory only goes for the consequences of any punishment only. Fostering employee discipline has been implemented well, observed from the employees who have followed the finger print rule.
