    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar, kemampuan interpersonal, dan prestasi belajar terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi FPEB UPI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi angkatan 2021 dan 2022 yang telah mengikuti Program Penguatan Profesional Kependidikan (P3K). Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 mahasiswa yang ditentukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket untuk mengukur motivasi belajar, kemampuan interpersonal, dan kesiapan menjadi guru, sementara prestasi belajar diukur melalui Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK). Seluruh instrumen diuji validitasnya menggunakan korelasi Product Moment Pearson dan uji reliabilitas dengan Cronbach’s Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil uji keberartian regresi (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa model regresi yang digunakan berarti dan dapat menjelaskan ketiga variabel bebas dalam penelitian. Adapun, hasil uji keberartian koefisien regresi (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar, kemampuan interpersonal, dan prestasi belajar memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif, ketiga variabel bebas serta kesiapan menjadi guru berada pada kategori tinggi dengan prestasi belajar merupakan variabel yang paling dominan memengaruhi kesiapan menjadi guru. This study aims to examine the influence of learning motivation, interpersonal skills, and academic achievement on preservice teacher readiness among students of the Accounting Education Study Program at FPEB UPI. This research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The data used in this study were primary data obtained through questionnaire distribution to students from the 2021 and 2022 cohorts of the Accounting Education Study Program who had participated in the Professional Education Strengthening Program (P3K). The sample consisted of 100 students determined using a saturated sampling technique. The research instruments included questionnaires to measure learning motivation, interpersonal skills, and preservice teacher readiness, while academic achievement was measured through Grade Point Average (GPA). All instruments were tested for validity using Pearson Product Moment correlation and reliability testing with Cronbach's Alpha. The data analysis technique employed was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of the significance of regression test (F-test) indicated that the regression model was significant and could explain the three independent variables in the study. Furthermore, the results of the regression coefficient significance test (t-test) showed that learning motivation, interpersonal skills, and academic achievement had positive effects on preservice teacher readiness. Based on the descriptive analysis results, the three independent variables as well as preservice teacher readiness were in the high category, with academic achievement being the most dominant variable influencing preservice teacher readiness.
