    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa dalam materi pecahan disekolah dasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah 1) Menghasilkan desain awal pengembangan bahan ajar 2) Mengetahui hasil validasi bahan ajar berdasarkan penilaian ahli 3) Menghasilkan produk akhir bahan ajar 4) Mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa setelah implementasi bahan ajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design and Development dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 langkah, yaitu: 1) analisis, 2) perancangan, 3) pengembangan, 4) penerapan, dan 5) evaluasi. Hasil pengembangan bahan ajar ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar “Rihan: Misteri Pecahan” sangat layak untuk digunakan dengan persentase sebesar 90,3% dari penilaian ahli materi, bahasan dan desain bahan ajar, dan persentase sebesar 92,5% dari penilaian praktisi guru dengan kategori layak, adapun perolehan N-gain yang didapat yakni 0,533 atau dapat dikategorikan sedang, artinya terdapat peningkatan pada kemampuan pemahaman konsep pada bahan ajar ini. Adapun simpulan pada uji coba terbatas ini adalah bahan ajar “ Rihan : Misteri Pecahan” yang telah dikembangkan oleh peneliti layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep materi pecahan pada siswa sekolah dasar. This research is motivated by the low conceptual understanding ability of students in fraction material in elementary school. The purpose of this research is 1) Produce an initial design for developing teaching materials 2) Know the results of teaching material validation based on expert assessment 3) Produce the final product of teaching materials 4) Know the increase in students' conceptual understanding ability after the implementation of teaching materials. This research uses the Design and Development method with the ADDIE model which consists of 5 steps, namely: 1) analysis, 2) design, 3) development, 4) implementation, and 5) evaluation. The results of the development of this teaching material show that the teaching material "Rihan: Misteri Pecahan" is very suitable for use with a percentage of 90.3% from the assessment of material experts, discussion and design of teaching materials, and a percentage of 92.5% from the assessment of teacher practitioners with a feasible category, while the N-gain obtained is 0.533 or can be categorized as moderate, meaning there is an increase in the ability to understand concepts in this teaching material. The conclusion of this limited trial is that the teaching material "Rihan: Misteri Pecahan" which has been developed by the researcher is suitable for use as teaching material to improve the ability to understand the concept of fraction material in elementary school students.
