    Abstract

    Kurangnya transparansi dana dan keamanan data pada donasi beasiswa dapat menurunkan kepercayaan donatur. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dashboard operasional untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas dengan mengintegrasikan transparansi dan privasi. Menggunakan model ADDIE, sistem ini didesain dengan pendekatan User Experience (UX) dan Cognitive Load Theory (CLT) untuk menyajikan data secara efektif. Dashboard dikembangkan memakai Next.js untuk antarmuka responsif dan Supabase sebagai basis data realtime. Keamanan dijamin melalui validasi server dan Row Level Security (RLS) untuk melindungi privasi. Evaluasi menggunakan metode End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) terhadap 41 responden menunjukkan hasil "Sangat Puas" di semua dimensi, yaitu Timeliness (4,73), Format (4,68), Content (4,64), Accuracy (4,64), dan Ease of Use (4,64). Skor tinggi pada Format dan Ease of Use memvalidasi efektivitas desain berbasis CLT, sementara skor lainnya membuktikan keandalan arsitektur teknis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model teknis teruji untuk pengelolaan donasi beasiswa yang akuntabel, transparan, dan mendukung kepercayaan donatur. The lack of fund transparency and data security in scholarship donations can diminish donor trust. This research aims to design an operational dashboard to enhance accountability by integrating transparency and privacy. Using the ADDIE model, this system was designed with a User Experience (UX) approach and Cognitive Load Theory (CLT) to present data effectively. The dashboard was developed using Next.js for a responsive interface and Supabase as a real-time database. Security is ensured through server-side validation and Row-Level Security (RLS) to protect privacy. An evaluation using the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method on 41 respondents showed "Very Satisfied" results across all dimensions: Timeliness (4.73), Format (4.68), Content (4.64), Accuracy (4.64), and Ease of Use (4.64). The high scores in Format and Ease of Use validate the effectiveness of the CLT-based design, while the other scores confirm the reliability of the technical architecture. This research produces a tested technical model for accountable and transparent scholarship donation management that supports donor trust.
