    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model experiential learning berbasis kearifan lokal Kampung Adat, khususnya makna tradisi mengonsumsi nasi singkong (rasi) sebagai pengganti beras, terhadap keterampilan menulis karangan narasi siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Masalah utama yang diangkat adalah rendahnya kemampuan menulis siswa karena pembelajaran yang tidak memberikan pengalaman bermakna. Model ini diharapkan dapat membantu siswa belajar dengan lebih baik melalui pengalaman langsung, sehingga keterampilan menulis mereka meningkat secara optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain non-equivalent control group design. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas dua kelompok siswa kelas IV dari dua kelas yang berbeda, yakni kelompok eksperimen yang memperoleh pembelajaran melalui model experiential learning berbasis kearifan lokal Kampung Adat, dan kelompok kontrol yang mendapatkan pembelajaran melalui model direct instruction. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes menulis karangan narasi yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan (pretest dan posttest). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan adanya perbedaan signifikan pada hasil posttest antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran experiential learning berbasis kearifan lokal kampung adat berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menulis karangan narasi siswa. Dengan demikian, penerapan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman dan nilai-nilai lokal terbukti efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan literasi siswa sekolah dasar, khususnya dalam keterampilan menulis karangan narasi. This study aims to determine the effect of implementing an experiential learning model based on the local wisdom of the Traditional Village, especially the meaning of the tradition of consuming cassava rice (rasi) as a substitute for rice, on the narrative writing skills of fourth-grade elementary school students. The main problem raised is the low writing ability of students due to learning that does not provide meaningful experiences. This model is expected to help students learn better through direct experience, thereby optimally improving their writing skills. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a descriptive design.non-equivalent control group design. The research subjects consisted of two groups of fourth grade students from two different classes, namely the experimental group who received learning through the model.experiential learningbased on local wisdom of the Traditional Village, and the control group that received learning through the modeldirect instruction. The research instrument was in the form of a narrative essay writing test which was given before and after the treatment (pretest And posttest). Based on the results of the data analysis, significant differences were found in the resultsposttest between the experimental group and the control group. These results indicate that the learning modelexperiential learningLearning based on local wisdom in traditional villages has a positive and significant impact on improving students' narrative writing skills. Thus, the application of experiential learning and local values has proven effective in developing elementary school students' literacy skills, particularly in narrative writing skills.
