Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh tinggginya kecenderungan konformitas teman sebaya pada peserta didik usia remaja, sementara disisi lain terdapat tuntutan pada remaja untuk dapat mengembangkan identitas diri yang membedakan dengan individu lainnya. Fenomena menunjukkan kecenderungan remaja untuk melakukan konformitas secara berlebihan dapat mengarahkan pada perilaku negatif. Karena itu diperlukan upaya bantuan untuk membantu peserta didik dalam mereduksi konformitas teman sebaya yang berlebihan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian adalah menguji efektivitas teknik psikodrama dalam mereduksi konformitas teman sebaya yang berlebihan pada peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 43 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode pra-eksperimen dengan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian yang memperoleh intervensi sebanyak 18 orang peserta didik yang memiliki konformitas teman sebaya yang berlebihan berdasarkan hasil pretest. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan mengacu pada aspek yang mendasari konformitas. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan statistik uji Paired Samples t Test dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui secara umum konformitas teman sebaya pada peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang. Intervensi konseling kelompok dengan teknik psikodrama yang disusun berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan peserta didik, efektif dalam mereduksi konformitas teman sebaya yang berlebihan pada peserta didik, terlihat dari penurunan skor konformitas secara signifikan pada hasil posttest. Rekomendasi penelitian ditujukan kepada guru BK dan peneliti selanjutnya. Kata Kunci: Teknik Psikodrama, Konformitas Teman Sebaya The research is based by the over tendention of peers conformity in adolescence while in other side the teenagers have to develop their self identity that distinguish with others. The phenomenon shows that the high level of tendention can be the purpose for their negative behavior. Because the relief effort is needed to help students to reduction their over peer conformity. The purpose of this research is to test the effectiveness of psychodrama technique to reduce the over peer conformity of students from SMP Negeri 43 Bandunng in eight grade in 2014/2015. Design method of the research is used One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subject of the research who received an intervention are 18 students who had an over peer conformity. The instruments of the research based on basic conformity from Deutsch & Gerrard. Hypothesis’s test used Paired Samples t Test in SPS 16.0 for windows. The result of the research in general peers conformity of the students in medium category. The intervention of group counseling with psychodrama techniques are based on need assessment analysis of students was effective to reduce the over peers conformity of students, seen from decrease of the posttest scores conformity.
