Abstract
Di abad 21 ini, kinerja guru yang diharapkan mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan tuntutan zaman, diantaranya dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Namun, kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara harapan ideal dan realitas yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan digital kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Bojongsoang, Kabupaten Bandung. Untuk variabelnya terdiri atas variabel bebas yaitu : gaya kepemimpinan digital kepala sekolah (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2), variabel intervening yaitu motivasi kerja (Y), dan variabel terikat yaitu kinerja guru (Z). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Bojongsoang dengan sampel sebanyak 225 orang guru dengan menggunakan Probability Sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan bantuan softwere SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan setiap variabel bebas terhadap variabel intervening, begitu juga dengan variabel intervening terhadap variabel terikat. Adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dari setiap variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Adapun pengaruh simultan dua variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat berkontribusi sebesar 39,2% (sedang) sehingga 60,8% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan digital kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian ini mengimplikasikan perlunya penguatan program pengembangan kepemimpinan digital kepala sekolah dan optimalisasi lingkungan kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru sekolah dasar abad 21. -------------In the 21st century, teacher performance is expected to be able to adapt to the demands of the times, including the integration of technology in learning process. However, the reality shows a gap between ideal expectations and the reality that occurs. This study aims to analyze the influence of the principal's digital leadership style and work environment on teacher work motivation and its impact on the performance of elementary school teachers in Bojongsoang District, Bandung Regency. The variables consist of independent variables : the principal's digital leadership style (X1) and work environment (X2), the intervening’s variable work motivation (Y), and the dependent’s variable teacher performance (Z). This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population of this study was all elementary school teachers in Bojongsoang District with a sample of 225 teachers using Probability Sampling. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study indicate a positive and significant influence of each independent variable on the intervening variable, as well as the intervening variable on the dependent variable. There is a positive and significant influence both directly and indirectly from each independent variable on the dependent variable. The simultaneous influence of the two independent variables on the dependent variable contributed 39.2% (moderate), leaving the remaining 60.8% influenced by factors outside the research model. These findings indicate that the principal's digital leadership style and work environment simultaneously have a significant influence on teacher performance. These findings imply the need to strengthen principal digital leadership development programs and optimize the work environment to improve the performance of 21st-century elementary school teachers
