Abstract

Anak dengan hambatan kecerdasan memiliki kemampuan intelektual di bawah rata-rata yang berpengaruh pada keterbatasan pemahaman terhadap pendidikan kesehatan, termasuk pemahaman mengenai organ reproduksi. Kondisi ini membuat mereka lebih rentan terhadap masalah kesehatan dan kurang mampu melindungi diri dari risiko kekerasan seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan program pendidikan kesehatan organ reproduksi melalui media interaktif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman anak dengan hambatan kecerdasan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan campuran dengan desain eksploratif. Data kualitatif dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui uji efektivitas dengan desain eksperimen one group pretest-posttest terhadap lima peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan program melalui interaktif bernama Adik Sehati (Ajarkan Pendidikan Kesehatan Organ Reproduksi) berupa perangkat lunak PDF yang dilengkapi gambar, teks, dan video pembelajaran. Skor rata-rata posttest mencapai 74%, meningkat signifikan dibandingkan skor pretest sebesar 40%. Analisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test menunjukkan perbedaan bermakna (p = 0,042 < 0,05), sehingga program terbukti efektif. Secara keseluruah dalam perhitungan nilai rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 64,90% dengan kategori sedang. Implikasi program melalui media interaktif Adik Sehati meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam menjelaskan organ reproduksi, membedakan organ reproduksi laki-laki dan perempuan, serta mengidentifikasi gambar organ reproduksi. Kata Kunci : Organ Reproduksi, Media Interaktif, Hambatan Kecerdasan Children with intellectual disabilities have below-average intellectual abilities, which limit their understanding of health education, including knowledge of reproductive organs. This condition makes them more vulnerable to health problems and less capable of protecting themselves from the risk of sexual violence. This study aims to develop a reproductive health education program through interactive media to improve the understanding of children with intellectual disabilities. The research employed a mixed-method approach with an exploratory design. Qualitative data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, while quantitative data were obtained through an effectiveness test using a one-group pretest-posttest experimental design involving five students. The study resulted in the development of an interactive program called Adik Sehati (Ajarkan Pendidikan Kesehatan Organ Reproduksi), presented in PDF format equipped with images, text, and instructional videos. The average posttest score reached 74%, showing a significant increase compared to the pretest score of 40%. Analysis using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test indicated a significant difference (p = 0.042 < 0.05), confirming the program’s effectiveness. Overall, the average N-Gain score was 64.90%, categorized as moderate. The implementation of the Adik Sehati interactive media improved students’ ability to explain reproductive organs, distinguish between male and female reproductive organs, and identify reproductive organ illustrations.
