Abstract
Indonesia negara dengan tingkat kebencanaan yang tinggi, sehingga menimbulkan ancaman serius bagi anak-anak karena mereka termasuk kelompok paling rentan terhadap dampak yang ditimbulkan. Di sisi lain, belum terbentuknya Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) di Kota Bandung menyebabkan upaya pengembangan kemampuan mitigasi bencana, khususnya bagi anak-anak, masih sangat terbatas. Maka diperlukan pembelajaran yang dapat menumbuhkan keterampilan kesiapsiagaan dan reasoned-decision making. Keterampilan ini penting untuk membantu siswa dalam memilih tindakan yang bijak, baik saat menghadapi situasi bencana maupun dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, terutama di tengah derasnya arus informasi di era digital saat ini. Pendidikan formal berperan dalam pendidikan preventif untuk membentuk masyarakat yang tangguh bencana. Penelitian ini mengembangkan media e-learning untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan dan keterampilan reasoned decision-making siswa sekolah dasar di Kota Bandung menggunakan model pengembangan (D&D) dan metode SUS sebagai alat ukur kegunaan. Hasil uji validasi memperoleh nilai valid , dan hasil uji SUS mendapatkan nilai 70 dengan nilai D dan atau dikategorikan sebagai "OK", dan menunjukkan bahwa itu dapat diterima secara marginal, dan mendapat klasifikasi “High” dan hampir mendapatkan penerimaan pada tahap “Acceptable”. -------- Indonesia has a high incidence of natural disasters, posing a serious threat to children as one of the most vulnerable groups. The absence of a Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in Bandung has limited efforts to develop disaster mitigation capacities, particularly among children. Since their ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions is still developing, educational interventions are needed to cultivate reasoned decision-making skills. These are essential in helping children choose appropriate actions both during disasters and in everyday life, especially amid today’s rapid digital information flow. Formal education plays a crucial role in preventive education to foster a disaster-resilient society. This study developed an e-learning platform to enhance preparedness and reasoned decision-making skills in elementary school students in Bandung. The development employed the Design and Development (D&D) model, and usability was assessed using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The validation test yielded a favorable score, while the SUS score of 69 corresponds to a D grade. This result places the e-learning media in the "OK" category—considered marginally acceptable—and classified it as "High" in terms of usability. One limitation identified was that users need time to become familiar with the technology integrated throughout the learning process.
