    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan sistem Aplikasi Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Sekolah (ARKAS) dalam Pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Pendidikan (BOP) di TK Kecamatan Sukajadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai bagaimana implementasi penggunaan sistem ARKAS dalam pengelolaan dana BOP di TK Kecamatan Sukajadi. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan operator di TK Kecamatan Sukajadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi penggunaan sistem ARKAS dalam pengelolaan dana BOP telah memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mendukung penyusunan Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Sekolah (RKAS) yang sistematis, pelaporan keuangan yang lebih akurat, serta monitoring penggunaan dana secara real-time. Penerapan sistem ARKAS dinilai memudahkan pengguna dalam pelaporan, terutama karena adanya fitur-fitur yang lengkap dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah, meskipun beberapa menu belanja dalam sistem masih belum sepenuhnya relevan dengan kebutuhan yang ada. Selain itu, peneliti juga menemukan bahwa ARKAS dinilai mampu meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan transparansi pengelolaan dana BOP. Namun, tantangan dalam bentuk keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, fasilitas penunjang, serta kendala teknis dalam sistem masih menjadi hambatan dalam implementasinya. Dengan ini, dibutuhkan penguatan dari sisi pelatihan berkelanjutan, perbaikan fitur aplikasi, dan dukungan kebijakan. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi rujukan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen pendidikan yang lebih efektif di jenjang Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). This study aims to analyze the use of the School Activity Plan and Budget Application (ARKAS) system in managing operational education assistance (BOP) funds at Sukajadi District Kindergarten. This study aims to provide a clear picture of how to implement the use of the ARKAS system in managing BOP funds at Sukajadi District Kindergarten. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitatve approach, which involves in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation studies. The research subjects consisted of principals and operators at Sukajadi District Kindergarten. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the use of the ARKAs system in managing BOP funds has made a positive contribution in supporting the preparation of a sisyematic School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAS), more accurate financial reporting, and real-time monitoring the fund usage. The implementation of the ARKAS system is considered to facilitate users in reporting, especially because of the complete features and in accordance with school needs, although some shopping menus in the system are still not fully relevant to existing needs. In addition, researchers also found that ARKAS is considered capable of inscreasing accountability and transparency in the management of BOP funds. However, challenges in the from of limited human resources, supporting facilities, and technical constraints in the system are still obstacles in its implementation. With this, srengthening is needen in terms of continuous training, improvement of application features, and policy support. This study is ecpected to be a reference in the development of a more effective education management information system at the Early Childhood education level (PAUD).
