    Abstract

    Penelitian ini adalah evaluasi program Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Jenjang Pendidikan Menengah di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikannya tiga level model evaluasi Kirkpatrick yaitu reaction, learning, behavior peserta pada Program Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru jenjang Pendidikan Menengah di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif melalui survei menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada level reaction, peserta menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang sangat baik terhadap program dengan rata-rata skor 4,50, indikator tertinggi pada level ini yaitu merekomendasikan pada teman sejawat, meskipun terdapat perbedaan relevansi penguatan materi antara guru SMA dan SMK, pada level learning peserta menunjukkan pemahaman dan keterampilan yang sangat baik, dengan rata-rata skor 4,14, indikator tertinggi adalah pemahaman peserta, namun, peningkatan keterampilan praktis masih perlu diperkuat, terutama bagi guru SMK. dan pada level behavior, menunjukkan bahwa program telah berhasil memberikan dampak positif terhadap perilaku peserta dengan skor rata- rata 4,19 untuk memperkuat perubahan perilaku dibutuhkan dukungan manajerial di lapangan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah program telah menunjukkan efektivitas yang sangat baik dan memberikan dampak positif pada praktik pembelajaran pada ketiga level evaluasi dan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru di provinsi Jawa Barat. This research is an evaluation of the Teacher Competency Improvement Program at the Secondary Education level in West Java Province. The objective is to understand and describe the three levels of Kirkpatrick's evaluation model, namely reaction, learning, and behavior of participants in the Teacher Competency Improvement Program at the Secondary Education level in West Java Province. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method through surveys using questionnaires. The research results show that at the reaction level, participants demonstrated a very good satisfaction level with an average score of 4.50, with the highest indicator at this level being recommending to peers, although there are differences in the relevance of material reinforcement between high school and vocational school teachers. At the learning level, participants showed a very good understanding and skills, with an average score of 4.14, and the highest indicator is participant understanding; however, the improvement of practical skills still needs to be reinforced, , especially for vocational school teachers. At the behavior level, it shows that the program has successfully had a positive impact on participants' behavior with an average score of 4.19. To strengthen behavior change, managerial support in the field is needed. The conclusion of this study is that the program has demonstrated very good effectiveness and has positively impacted learning practices at all three evaluation levels and improved the competencies of teachers in West Java Province.
