    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kemampuan literasi fisik, partisipasi, dan kebugaran jasmani pada siswa kelas XI di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 15 Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Penelitian ini melibatkan 35 siswa sebagai responden yang terdiri dari 21 siswa laki-laki dan 14 siswa perempuan dengan rentang usia 17-18 tahun. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi literasi fisik, partisipasi, dan kebugaran jasmani siswa yang dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, seperti rata-rata, standar deviasi, serta distribusi frekuensi, dan uji korelasi Spearman’s rho dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi fisik siswa berada pada kategori "Sedang" dengan rata-rata nilai 96,17, partisipasi siswa pada kategori "Sedang" dengan rata-rata 108,43, dan kebugaran jasmani siswa berada pada kategori "Baik" dengan rata-rata 17,71. Uji hipotesis pertama menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara literasi fisik dan kebugaran jasmani dengan korelasi 0,568 dan kontribusi 32,2%. Uji hipotesis kedua menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara partisipasi dan kebugaran jasmani dengan korelasi 0,621 dan kontribusi 38,6%. Uji hipotesis ketiga mengungkapkan hubungan signifikan antara literasi fisik, partisipasi, dan kebugaran jasmani dengan korelasi 0,533 dan kontribusi 28,4%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa literasi fisik dan partisipasi berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 15 Bandung. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai pentingnya peningkatan literasi fisik dan partisipasi dalam mendukung kebugaran jasmani siswa di lingkungan sekolah. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive with a correlational approach. The study involved 35 students as respondents, consisting of 21 male and 14 female students aged 17–18 years. The collected data included students' physical literacy, participation, and physical fitness, which were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as mean, standard deviation, and frequency distribution, as well as the Spearman’s rho correlation test using SPSS 27 software. The results showed that students’ physical literacy was categorized as "Moderate" with an average score of 96.17, their participation was also in the "Moderate" category with an average of 108.43, and their physical fitness was categorized as "Good" with an average score of 17.71. The first hypothesis test showed a significant relationship between physical literacy and physical fitness, with a correlation of 0.568 and a contribution of 32.2%. The second hypothesis test indicated a significant relationship between participation and physical fitness, with a correlation of 0.621 and a contribution of 38.6%. The third hypothesis test revealed a significant relationship between physical literacy, participation, and physical fitness, with a correlation of 0.533 and a contribution of 28.4%. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that physical literacy and participation contribute to the improvement of physical fitness among 11th-grade students at SMA Negeri 15 Bandung. This research provides insights into the importance of enhancing physical literacy and participation in supporting students’ physical fitness in the school environment.
