    Abstract

    Penelitian ini membahas perancangan film pendek “Risau” sebagai media edukasi untuk menyampaikan bahaya pinjaman online di kalangan remaja. Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah maraknya kasus remaja yang terjerat pinjaman online, yang menyebabkan beban psikologis, konflik keluarga, dan tekanan sosial yang berdampak pada kesehatan mental dan ekonomi mereka. Fenomena ini muncul akibat gaya hidup konsumtif dan rendahnya kesadaran terhadap risiko pinjaman online yang berbahaya. Film ini dirancang melalui tahap persiapan, mengimajinasi, pengembangan imajinasi, hingga tahap pengerjaan, menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan practice led research. Cerita dalam film ini menggambarkan kedekatan dengan kehidupan remaja, sehingga membangun koneksi dengan penonton. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan kuesioner terbuka. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 95,2% responden menganggap film ini efektif dalam menyampaikan pesan edukasinya. Umpan balik positif juga terlihat dalam komentar di saluran YouTube Dinas Komunikasi dan Teknologi Informasi Kota Bandung (Diskominfo). Film ini dianggap relevan, dan meningkatkan kesadaran penonton tentang risiko pinjaman online. ------ This study discusses the design of the short film “Risau” as an educational medium to convey the dangers of online loans among teenagers. The issue raised in this study is the prevalence of cases of teenagers who are trapped in online loans, which cause psychological burdens, family conflicts, and social pressures that impact their mental and economic health. This phenomenon arises due to a consumerist lifestyle and low awareness of the risks associated with dangerous online loans. The film was designed through stages of preparation, imagination, imagination development, and production, using a descriptive qualitative method with a practice-led research approach. The story in the film reflects the realities of teenage life, thereby establishing a connection with the audience. Data was collected through observation and open-ended questionnaires. The results showed that 95.2% of respondents considered the film effective in conveying its educational message. Positive feedback was also evident in comments on the YouTube channel of the Bandung City Communication and Information Technology Department (Diskominfo). The film was deemed relevant and increased viewers' awareness of the risks of online lending.
