Abstract
Eksistensi pendidikan agama dalam islam memiliki peran penting untuk dapat mengenali Allah SWT dan hakikat sebenarnya hidup melalui utusanNya. Terlebih tujuan pendidikan agama untuk dapat mendorong manusia memiliki kepribadian yang mulia. Penerapan pendidikan agama di sekolah-sekolah memiliki kekurangannya tersendiri, terutama dari sisi fokus yang hanya dijatuhkan pada aspek kognisi, sementara aspek afektif dan psikomotorik kurang menjadi pembahasan. Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk menemukan pemanfaatan masjid sekolah untuk praktikum Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Adapun secara khusus, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui praktikum PAI dalam kurikulum; (2) mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan masjid sebagai laboratorium PAI; (3) menghasilkan desain konseptual masjid sebagai laboratorium PAI. Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Peneliti menjadi instrumen kunci, sementara sumber data yang digunakan berupa dokumen-dokumen, hasil observasi, dan hasil wawancara yang berkaitan dengan pemanfaatan masjid sekolah untuk Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMAN 24 Bandung dengan melihat masjid sebagai laboratorium PAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik PAI dalam kurikulum terdapat fase A hingga F yang diterapkan pada seluruh jenjang pendidikan. Jenjang pendidikan SMA masuk ke dalam fase E dan F. Selain itu, terdapat lima elemen yang mendorong keberhasilan aspek ini antara lain Al-Qur’an Hadist, akidah, akhlak, fikih dan sejarah peradaban islam. Adapun realita pelaksanaan praktikum PAI di sekolah yang menggunakan masjid mencakup praktik membaca Al-Qur’an, shalat, dakwah dan khutbah, pengurusan jenazah, haji, dan munakahat. Dengan begitu, masjid yang digunakan sebagai laboratorium PAI harus mempertimbangkan kebutuhan pembelajaran, mulai dari aspek kognitif, afektif, hingga psikomotorik siswa. Terdapat empat aspek yang harus dipenuhi diantaranya fasilitas pendukung pembelajaran praktis, peralatan praktik dan media pembelajaran, desain arsitektur yang mendukung aktivitas pembelajaran, dan pengelolaan serta tata tertib penggunaan masjid sebagai laboratorium, The existence of religious education in Islam plays an important role in recognizing Allah SWT and the true essence of life through His Messenger. Moreover, the purpose of religious education is to encourage individuals to develop a noble character. The implementation of religious education in schools has its own shortcomings, especially in terms of focusing solely on the cognitive aspect, while the affective and psychomotor aspects receive less attention. This study generally aims to develop a design for utilizing school mosques for practical activities in Islamic Religious Education subjects. Specifically, this study aims to: (1) identify the implementation of Islamic Religious Education practicum in the curriculum; (2) describe the utilization of mosques as Islamic Religious Education laboratories; (3) produce a conceptual design of mosques as Islamic Religious Education laboratories. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The researcher acts as the key instrument, while the data sources consist of documents, observation results, and interviews related to the design of mosque utilization for Islamic Religious Education subjects. The research was conducted at SMAN 24 Bandung by viewing the mosque as an Islamic Religious Education laboratory. The results show that Islamic Religious Education practice in the curriculum consists of phases E to F, which are implemented at all education levels. The senior high school level falls into phases A and F. Additionally, five elements support the success of this aspect: the Qur’an and Hadith, creed, ethics, jurisprudence, and Islamic history and civilization. The actual implementation of Islamic Religious Education practicum at school using mosques includes practicing Qur’an recitation, prayer, preaching and delivering sermons, managing funerals, pilgrimage, and marriage. Therefore, mosques used as Islamic Religious Education laboratories must consider the learning needs, including students’ cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. There are four aspects that must be fulfilled, including supporting facilities for practical learning, practical tools and learning media, architectural design that supports learning activities, and the management and regulations for using mosques as laboratories.
