Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi JEKNISIA sebagai media pembelajaran digital berbasis pembelajaran berdiferensiasi guna meningkatkan pemahaman siswa kelas IV pada materi Jenis Kebutuhan Manusia dalam mata pelajaran IPAS. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang mencakup lima tahap: analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Produk divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan media, serta diuji melalui uji coba perorangan, kelompok kecil, dan kelompok besar. Efektivitas diuji menggunakan desain kuasi eksperimen Non-Equivalent Control Group Design, yang melibatkan kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan aplikasi JEKNISIA dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, angket, pretest, dan posttest. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi sangat layak digunakan. Data pretest dan posttest dianalisis menggunakan uji-t dan perhitungan N-Gain. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok (sig. 0,000). Rata-rata N-Gain kelas eksperimen sebesar 63,82% dengan kategori cukup efektif, sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 12,99% dengan kategori tidak efektif, dengan selisih peningkatan sebesar 50,83%. Dengan demikian, aplikasi JEKNISIA terbukti efektif dan sesuai dengan karakteristik pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, serta dapat menjadi alternatif media pembelajaran interaktif yang mendukung pemahaman siswa secara optimal. This study aims to develop the JEKNISIA application as a digital learning medium based on differentiated instruction to enhance fourth-grade students' understanding of the topic "Types of Human Needs" in the IPAS subject. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model, consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The product was validated by subject matter and media experts and tested through individual, small group, and large group trials. The effectiveness was tested using a quasi-experimental design, specifically the Non-Equivalent Control Group Design, involving an experimental class using the JEKNISIA application and a control class using conventional methods. Research instruments included interviews, questionnaires, pretests, and posttests. Validation results showed that the application was highly feasible for use. Pretest and posttest data were analyzed using t-tests and N-Gain calculations. The t-test results indicated a significant difference between the two groups (sig. 0.000). The experimental class achieved an average N-Gain of 63.82% (categorized as moderately effective), while the control class achieved only 12.99% (categorized as ineffective), with a difference of 50.83%. Therefore, the JEKNISIA application is proven to be effective and aligns with the principles of differentiated instruction. It can serve as an alternative interactive learning medium that supports students’ conceptual understanding more optimally.
