Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan Model Problem Based Learning Berbantuan Aplikasi Qreatif Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa Kelas V Pada Pembelajaran IPAS Materi Rantai Makanan. Hal tersebut dilatar belakangi oleh tuntutan kurikulum merdeka yang mengharuskan siswa memiliki keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam kehidupan sehari- hari maupun dalam materi rantai makanan namun pada fakta dilapangan siswa kurang dalam memiliki keterampilan tersebut dikarenakan proses pembelajaran di sekolah masih cenderung berpusat pada guru dan kurangnya media interaktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design, melibatkan dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang diterapkan model problem based learning berbantuan aplikasi qreatif dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan model problem based learning berbantuan media gambar. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN Cibeusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model problem based learning berbantuan aplikasi qreatif secara signifikan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa meningkat. Kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata nilai pre-test dari 61,15 menjadi 85,77, sedangkan kelompok kontrol hanya meningkat dari 56,20 menjadi 74,60 pada post-test. Uji statistic N-Gain menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata peningkatan kelompok ekperimen (63.33%) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol (41,40%). Selain itu, temuan pada observasi menguatkan bahwa siswa di kelompok eksperimen lebih aktif dan terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran yang ditujukkan dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan pemahaman yang lebih baik. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa model problem based learning berbantuan aplikasi qreatif lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran IPAS materi rantai makanan. Oleh karena itu, di sarankan agar sekolah mengintegrasikan model problem based learning berbantuan aplikasi qreatif untuk meningkatkan berpikir kritis khususnya pada pembelajaran IPAS materi rantai makanan. ----------- This study aims to determine the use of the Creative Application-Assisted Problem-Based Learning Model to improve the critical thinking skills of fifth-grade students in IPAS learning on the subject of food chains. This is motivated by the demands of the independent curriculum, which requires students to have critical thinking skills in their daily lives and in food chain material. However, in reality, students lack these skills because the learning process in schools is still teacher-centered and lacks interactive media. The research method used was a quasiexperimental design with a nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design, involving two groups: an experimental group that applied the problem-based learning model assisted by the Qreatif application and a control group that used the problem-based learning model assisted by image media. The research was conducted at SDN Cibeusi. The results showed that the problem-based learning model assisted by the Qreatif application significantly improved students' critical thinking skills. The experimental group showed an average increase in pretest scores from 61.15 to 85.77, while the control group only increased from 56.20 to 74.60 on the post-test. The N-Gain statistical test showed that the average increase in the experimental group (63.33%) was higher than that of the control group (41.40%). Additionally, observations confirmed that students in the experimental group were more active and engaged in the learning process, as evidenced by their improved critical thinking skills and understanding. These findings indicate that the problem-based learning model assisted by the qreatif application is more effective in improving students' critical thinking skills in IPAS learning on the topic of food chains. Therefore, it is recommended that schools integrate the problembased learning model assisted by the qreatif application to improve critical thinking, particularly in IPAS learning on the topic of food chains.
