    Abstract

    Steganografi dan kriptografi merupakan teknik keamanan data yang dapat diterapkan secara bersamaan untuk meningkatkan perlindungan informasi. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan metode Least Significant Bit (LSB) dalam steganografi untuk menyisipkan data QR Code ke dalam citra grayscale, serta membagi stego-image menjadi tiga share menggunakan metode Visual Secret Sharing (VSS). Proses ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan penyimpanan dan distribusi data QR Code. Program aplikasi dikembangkan sebagai alat bantu untuk proses penyisipan, pembagian, serta rekonstruksi QR Code dari share yang dihasilkan. Validasi dilakukan dengan memastikan bahwa QR Code yang telah dienkripsi dapat direkonstruksi Kembali tanpa kehilangan informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi LSB dan VSS dapat diterapkan secara efektif untuk keamanan data QR Code. Steganography and cryptography are data security techniques that can be applied simultaneously to enhance information protection. This study implements the Least Significant Bit (LSB) steganography method to embed QR Code data into a grayscale image and divides the resulting stego-image into three shares using the Visual Secret Sharing (VSS) method. This process aims to improve the security of QR Code data storage and distribution. A software application was developed to facilitate the embedding, splitting, and reconstruction of the QR Code from the generated shares. Validation was conducted to ensure that the encrypted QR Code could be reconstructed without any information loss. The results indicate that the combination of LSB and VSS can be effectively applied for QR Code data security.
