Abstract
Penulisan ini dilatarbelakangi dengan ditemukannya kondisi peserta didik fase B Sekolah Dasar yang belum bisa menerapkan system thingking competency pada pembelajaran IPAS materi keanekaragaman hayati di kelas. Hal ini dikarenakan sumber belajar yang digunakan peserta didik terbatas dimana belum ada yang memuat nilai-nilai ESD dan menunjang system thingking competency. Penulisan ini bertujuan mengembangan bahan ajar berbasis ESD untuk meningkatkan system thingking competency peserta didik fase B sekolah dasar untuk menunjang tujuan SDG’s No. 15. Metode pada penulisan ini adalah Design and Development (D&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan validasi ahli dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Bahan ajar ini disusun berdasarkan Indikator Tujuan Pembelajaran (ITP) hasil dari pengintegrasian Capaian Pembelajaran, ESD, dan system thingking competency serta disesuaikan dengan materi keanekaragaman hayati. Hasil validasi ahli bahan ajar ini mendapatkan kategori “Sangat Layak” untuk digunakan oleh peserta didik. Hasil uji efektivitas bahan ajar menggunakan rumus perbedaan terhadap skor N-gain dan termasuk ke dalan kategori “Tinggi”. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar “Warisan Daerahku” berbasis ESD dapat meningkatkan system thingking competency pada peserta didik fase B Sekolah Dasar. Bahan ajar ini direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kepedulian terhadap keanekaragaman hayati. Pengembangan lanjutan perlu dilakukan agar lebih variatif, menarik, dan mendukung tujuan ESD dan SDG’s lainnya. This research is motivated by the discovery that phase B elementary school students were unable to apply system thinking competency in learning IPAS material on biodiversity in the classroom. This was due to the limited learning resources available to students, none of which contained ESD values or supported system thinking competency. This paper aims to develop ESD-based teaching materials to improve the system thinking competency of phase B elementary school students to support SDG No. 15. The method used in this paper is Design and Development (D&D) with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. Data collection techniques were carried out through expert validation and testing. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative data analysis. This teaching material is structured based on Learning Objective Indicators (LOI) resulting from the integration of Learning Outcomes, ESD, and system thinking competency, and is aligned with biodiversity content. The expert validation of this teaching material received the category “Highly Suitable” for use by students. The results of the effectiveness test of the teaching materials using the N-gain score difference formula fall into the “High” category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the ESD-based “My Local Heritage” teaching materials can enhance system thinking competency among elementary school students in phase B. These teaching materials are recommended for use.
