Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan ice breaking wire game terhadap konsentrasi belajar anak usia dini. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya tingkat konsentrasi anak dalam proses pembelajaran yang mudahnya teralihkan dan kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Ice breaking Wire game ini merupakan permainan edukatif yang dirancang untuk mencairkan suasana pembelajaran dan membantu anak memusatkan perhatian melalui aktivitas fisik dan kognitif. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya tingkat konsentrasi anak dalam proses pembelajaran yang mudahnya teralihkan dan kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Metode yang digunakan yaitu quasi eksperimen dengan sampel 8 orang kelompok B di TK Al-Barokah sebagai kelas eksperimen dan TK Al-Bayyinah sebagai kelas kontrol. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi yang mengukur tiga aspek konsentrasi yaitu fokus, durasi memperhatikan dan kesesuaian dalam mengerjakan tugas. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif untuk menggambarkan data baik berupa angka atau gambar. Sedangkan inferensial untuk menarik kesimpulan tentang suatu populasi berdasarkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada konsentrasi belajar anak di kelas eksperimen setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa kegiatan ice breaking wire game. Hali ini dibuktikan melalui hasil uji N-gain kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,88 dengan kategori tinggi sedangkan nilai N-gain kelas kontrol hanya sebesar 0,093. Selain itu, dapat dilihat dari uji Mann-Whitney U Test nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-Tailed) 0,002 yang mana nilai tersebut kurang dari 0,05. Dengan demikian, terdapat pengaruh efektivitas kegiatan ice breaking wire game efektif dalam meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar anak usia dini. The analysis used is descriptive statistics to describe data in the form of numbers or images. While inferential to draw conclusions about a population based on the data. The results of the study showed that there was a significant increase in the concentration of children in the experimental class after being given treatment in the form of ice breaking wire game activities. This is evidenced by the N-gain test results for the experimental class, which was 0.88, a high score, while the control class's N-gain was only 0.093. Furthermore, the Mann-Whitney U Test showed an Asymp. Sig. (2-Tailed) value of 0.002, which is less than 0.05. Thus, the ice-breaking wire game activity is effective in improving early childhood learning concentration.
