Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara physical literacy dan physical activity dengan tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa di SMA Negeri 4 Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan sampel sebanyak 69 siswa kelas X yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi perceived physical literacy instrument (PPLI) untuk mengukur physical literacy, global physical activity questionnaire (GPAQ) untuk physical activity, dan tes kebugaran pelajar nusantara (TKPN) untuk kebugaran jasmani. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi Pearson dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara physical literacy dengan physical activity, physical literacy dengan kebugaran jasmani, serta physical activity dengan kebugaran jasmani. Nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara ketiga variabel dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to determine the relationship between physical literacy and physical activity with the level of physical fitness of students at SMA Negeri 4 Cimahi. This study employs a quantitative correlational approach with a sample of 69 tenth-grade students selected using simple random sampling. The instruments used include the perceived physical literacy instrument (PPLI) to measure physical literacy, the global physical activity questionnaire (GPAQ) for physical activity, and the national student physical fitness test (TKPN) for physical fitness. The data analysis techniques used were pearson's correlation test and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between physical literacy and physical activity, physical literacy and physical fitness, as well as physical activity and physical fitness. The significance values obtained were less than 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the three variables in this study.
