Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas pemilihan pemain dalam tim sepak bola menggunakan pendekatan matematis berbasis logika fuzzy untuk mengatasi ketidakpastian dan subjektivitas dalam penilaian pemain. Metode yang digunakan adalah penggabungan antara perangkingan menggunakan bilangan triangular fuzzy dan sistem inferensi fuzzy Mamdani. Data atribut pemain diperoleh dari permainan simulasi “Football Manager” dan riwayat pertandingan diambil dari aplikasi “Sofascore”. Pemilihan pemain dilakukan berdasarkan skor total dari setiap atribut yang telah dibobotkan sesuai posisi, kemudian dilakukan seleksi lanjutan menggunakan sistem inferensi fuzzy untuk menilai kesesuaian kombinasi susunan pemain berdasarkan pengalaman bermain bersama. Objek penelitian yang digunakan adalah tim Manchester United dengan formasi 3-4-3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini mampu memberikan susunan pemain terbaik secara objektif dan terukur, serta dapat dijadikan model alternatif dalam pengambilan keputusan pada konteks serupa. This research focuses on the selection of football players using a mathematical approach based on fuzzy logic to handle uncertainty and subjectivity in player assessment. The proposed method combines the ranking process using triangular fuzzy numbers with the Mamdani fuzzy inference system. Player attribute data were collected from the "Football Manager" simulation game, known for its credible data sourced from professional scouts, while historical match data were retrieved from the "Sofascore" application. Player selection is conducted by calculating total scores from weighted attributes for each position, followed by further evaluation using the fuzzy inference system to assess the optimal player lineup based on past experience of playing together. The case study involves Manchester United’s team using a 3-4-3 formation. The results indicate that this approach effectively provides an objective and measurable recommendation for the best team lineup and serves as an alternative model for decision-making in similar complex, multi-criteria environments.
