Abstract
Penelitian ini didasari oleh fenomena bahwa banyak pemelajar mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami tata bahasa Korea. Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya media pembelajaran yang dapat membantu pemahaman secara lebih efektif dan mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh serta persepsi penggunaan media Flashcard digital Quizlet untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tata bahasa Korea pada pembelajaran mandiri mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa Korea tingkat menengah dengan kajian teori dari Technology Enhanced Language Learning (TELL) dan Autonomous Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain one group pretest and posttest yang diujikan kepada 40 sampel pemelajar tingkat menengah mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa Korea, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan tata bahasa Korea berdasarkan hasil belajar pemelajar. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil rata-rata nilai pretest yang semula 62.95 (kategori sedang), meningkat pada hasil posttest menjadi 83.75 (kategori tinggi) dengan peningkatan sebesar 20.8 poin. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang didapatkan melalui uji Wilcoxon, mendapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh terhadap kemampuan tata bahasa Korea pemelajar. Hasil penelitian ini juga didukung oleh tanggapan pemelajar yang memberikan respons positif terhadap penggunaan Flashcard digital Quizlet dalam pembelajaran tata bahasa Korea, khususnya pada materi kalimat tidak langsung dalam konteks pembelajaran mandiri. Penggunaan Flashcard digital seperti Quizlet terbukti dapat meningkatkan motivasi, kepercayaan diri, serta pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap materi yang dipelajari. Dengan demikian, secara keseluruhan penggunaan Flashcard digital Quizlet dapat digunakan sebagai pilihan media pembelajaran tata bahasa Korea. : This study is based on the phenomenon that many learners experience difficulties in understanding Korean grammar. This highlights the need for a learning medium that can support comprehension more effectively and independently. The study examined the effects of Quizlet digital Flashcards on Korean grammar proficiency—specifically indirect (reported) speech forms—and investigated learner perceptions of Quizlet-supported autonomous learning among intermediate-level students in a Korean Language Education program. Grounded in Technology-Enhanced Language Learning (TELL), the research used a one group pretest–posttest design with 40 intermediate undergraduates at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Mean grammar scores increased from 62.95 pretest (moderate category) to 83.75 posttest (high category), a gain of 20.80 points. A Wilcoxon signed-rank test yielded p < .001, indicating a statistically significant improvement in Korean grammar performance following Quizlet use. The findings were further supported by student responses, which indicated positive perceptions of using digital flashcards—particularly Quizlet—in learning Korean grammar, especially in mastering indirect speech within the context of autonomous learning. The use of digital flashcards such as Quizlet was also shown to enhance learners’ motivation, confidence, and understanding of the material. Therefore, the use of digital flashcard media like Quizlet can be considered an effective alternative for improving Korean grammar proficiency. : 본 연구는 많은 학습자들이 한국어 문법을 이해하는 데 어려움을 겪고 있다는 현상을 바탕으로 진행되었다. 이는 학습자가 보다 효과적이고 자율적으로 이해할 수 있도록 도와주는 학습 매체의 필요성을 시사한다. 본 연구는 디지털 플래시카드인 Quizlet 의 활용이 중급 수준 한국어 교육과정에 있는 학습자의 자율 학습 상황에서 한국어 문법, 특히 간접화법 능력 향상에 미치는 영향과 학습자의 인식을 조사하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 Technology Enhanced Language Learning (TELL) 이론을 바탕으로 하였으며, 단일 집단 사전-사후 검사(one group pretest-posttest) 설계를 적용한 양적 연구이다. 연구 대상은 인도네시아교육대학교 한국어교육과 중급 학습자 40 명으로 구성되었다. 연구 결과에 따르면 학습자의 평균 문법 점수가 사전검사에서 62.95점(중간 수준)에서 사후검사에서 83.75점(높은 수준)으로 증가하였으며 20.8점의 향상을 보였다. 또한 Wilcoxon 검정을 통해 유의수준 0.000 < 0.05 의 결과가 도출되어 Quizlet 디지털 플래시카드의 활용이 학습자의 한국어 문법 능력에 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 더불어, 학습자들은 한국어 문법 학습, 특히 간접화법 학습에서 Quizlet 플래시카드 사용에 대해 긍정적인 반응을 보였다. Quizlet과 같은 디지털 플래시카드 활용은 학습자의 동기 부여, 자신감 향상, 학습 내용에 대한 이해도를 높이는 데 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 전반적으로 Quizlet 디지털 플래시카드는 한국어 문법 학습을 위한 효과적인 학습 매체로 활용될 수 있다.
