    Abstract

    Medical reimbursement memegang salah satu peranan krusial dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia karena berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan karyawan. Saat ini, proses klaim medical reimbursement di PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti resiko kehilangan berkas fisik, keterlambatan proses akibat kekurangan dokumen, penumpukan arsip, serta penggunaan kertas yang berlebihan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengembangan sistem klaim digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses pengajuan dan verifikasi klaim, sekaligus meminimalkan penggunaan kertas. Sistem dirancang dengan metode sekuensial linier melalui tahapan perencanaan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, deployment, dan pemeliharaan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode User Acceptance Testing (UAT) melalui pendekatan black box testing serta instrument System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aspek functional suitability memperoleh skor 100%, sedangkan aspek usability memperoleh skor rata-rata 85,8 yang tergolong dalam grade A+ dengan kategori Best Imaginable. ----- Medical reimbursement plays a crucial role in human resource management, as it affects the level of employee satisfaction by covering healthcare expenses. Currently, the medical reimbursement claim process at PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia is conducted manually, leading to various issues such as the risk of lost physical documents, delays due to incomplete attachments, document pile-up, and excessive paper use. Therefore, a digital claim system is needed to improve the efficiency of submission and verification processes while reducing paper consumption. The system was developed using the sequential linear method through stages of planning, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. System testing employed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with black box testing methods and the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument. The results showed that the system’s functional suitability achieved a score of 100%, indicating it is highly feasible for use, while the usability aspect obtained an average score of 85.8 which falls into grade A+ with the Best Imaginable category.
