Abstract
Pendidikan IPS sebagai pembelajaran yang bersifat tekstual, hanya berdasarkan buku teks, sehingga ada materi pembelajaran bersifat abstrak yang diterapkan oleh guru, hal tersebut mengakibatkan materi pembelajaran sulit dipahami siswa. Upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap nilai-nilai tradisional dalam ranah kearifan lokal sangat penting bagi kehidupan siswa dalam memasuki dunia masyarakat yang lebih luas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal melalui media AR untuk meningkatkan pemahaman budaya lokal. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian tindakan kelas untuk memahami makna dan mengeksplorasi sesuatu yang akan diteliti dengan implementasi pada peserta didik kelas VIII-A SMPN 1 Garut. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan triangulasi data dengan lembar observasi aktivitas Guru dan peserta didik, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, teknik analisis data melalui coading/labeling, triangulasi dan saturasi. Hasil penelitian dapat diidentifikasi bahwa hasil analisis siklus 1 hasil observasi oleh observer pada Guru dan peserta didik dengan presentase nilai 67% yang belum memenuhi nilai Kriteria Ketuntasan Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP) mata pelajaran IPS di SMPN 1 Garut. Selanjutnya pada tindakan siklus II dengan presentase hasil observasi 77% dan belum memenuhi KKTP yang dilanjutkan pada siklus III dengan hasil analisis observasi 82.5% dapat dikategorisasikan memenuhi KKTP IPS. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilaksanakan 3 siklus yang mendapatkan respon positif dari peserta didik dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Media AR, Nilai Tradisi Niiskeun Pare, Pemahaman Budaya Lokal, Pembelajaran IPS. Social studies education as a textual learning, only based on book texts, so there are learning materials applied by teachers, some are still abstract so that they are difficult for students to understand so they need to be visualized. Understanding traditional values in the realm of local wisdom is very important for students' lives in entering the wider world of society. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the analysis of local wisdom values through AR media to improve understanding of local culture. This research method uses a classroom action research design to understand the meaning and explore something that will be studied with implementation on class VIII-A students of SMPN 1 Garut. Data collection techniques use data triangulation with observation sheets for teacher and student activities, interviews and documentation studies, data analysis techniques through coding/labeling, triangulation and saturation. The results of the study can be identified that the results of the analysis of cycle 1 of the results of observations by observers on teachers and students with a percentage value of 67% who have not met the learning objective completion criteria (KKTP) value for social studies subjects at SMPN 1 Garut. Furthermore, in the action of cycle II with the percentage of observation results of 77% and has not met the KKTP which was continued in cycle III with the results of observation analysis of 82.5% can be categorized as meeting the KKTP IPS. Therefore, this study was carried out by 3 people who received positive responses from students to be enthusiastic in learning.
