Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Team Games Tournament (TGT) terhadap kemampuan lempar turbo pada siswa sekolah dasar. Pendidikan jasmani sangat penting untuk perkembangan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik siswa. Namun, banyak siswa sekolah dasar yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mempelajari dasar-dasar lempar turbo, yang mengakibatkan hasil belajar yang tidak efektif. Maka solusi yang digunakan dengan perlakuan model Team Games Tournament (TGT), karena disesuaikan dengan karakteristik siswa Sekolah Dasar yang secara umum masih senang bermain secara berkelompok dan adanya pertandingan atau perlombaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-ekperiment dengan desain One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 15 siswa kelas IV SDN Cikeusi I yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Paired Saample T-Test (uji t) menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan, yaitu nilai Sig. <0,001 < 0,005. Sedangkan uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa model Team Games Tournament (TGT) memberikan kontribusi sebesar 62% terhadap peningkatan kemampuan dasar lempar turbo siswa sekolah dasar. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa model Team Games Tournament (TGT) mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, menumbuhkan semangat kompetisi, serta meningkatkan keterampilan motorik siswa. Dengan demikian, model Team Games Tournament (TGT) dapat dijadikan sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dalam pendidikan jasmani yang lebih menarik dan terstruktur untuk siswa sekolah dasar. Physical education is very important for the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development ofstudents. However, many elementary school students have difficulty in learning the basics of turbo throwing, which results in ineffective learning outcomes. So the solution used is the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model treatment, because it is adjusted to the characteristics ofelementary school students who generally still like to play in groups and have matches or competitions. This study uses a pre-experimental method with a One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The research sample consisted of 15 fourth-grade students ofSDN Cikeusi I who were selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis using the Paired Sample T• Test (t-test) showed a significant increase, namely the Sig. value <0.001 <0.005. While the regression test showed that the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model contributed 62% to improving the basic turbo throwing ability ofelementary school students. This proves that the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model is able to create afun learning atmosphere, foster a competitive spirit, and improve students' motor skills. Thus, the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model can be used as an effective learning strategy in physical education that is more interesting and structuredfor elementary school students.
