    Abstract

    Kemampuan belajar peserta didik pada pendidikan dasar dan menengah di Indonesia masih rendah. Kondisi ini terlihat pada hasil PISA (2021) yang menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 70% peserta didik memiliki kompetensi literasi membaca di bawah minimum. Begitu juga dengan keterampilan matematika dan sains, 71% peserta didik memiliki kompetensi berada di bawah minimum pada keterampilan matematika dan 60% peserta didik di bawah kompetensi minimum untuk keterampilan IPA. Kondisi ini juga terjadi di SD Negeri Mojokerto 1 Kecamatan Kedawung, Kabupaten Sragen. Untuk memperbaiki keadaan dilakukan sebuah dengan menerapkan pembejaran berbasis assesmen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui dan memahami pembelajaran berbasis AKM secara umum; mengetahui rancangan pembelajaran berbasis AKM pada materi Struktur Tubuh Hewan di sekolah dasar; mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis AKM pada materi Struktur Tubuh Hewan di sekolah dasar; dan untuk mengetahui bentuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis AKM pada materi Struktur Tubuh Hewan di sekolah dasar. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV dan V SD Negeri Mojokerto 1 yang berjumlah 35 peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode Research and Development. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa a) pembelajaran berbasis AKM dilaksanakan komprehensif sejak dini; b) rancangan pembelajaran berbasis dibuat dengan penetapan tujuan, pemilihan materi, menyusun rencana pembelajaran, menyiapkan soal latihan dan test, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan evaluasi; c) pelaksanaan pembelajaran dibagi dalam tiga tahap yaitu kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti dan penutup; dan d) kegiatan pembelajaran berpusat pada peserta didik. Guru berperan sebagai motivator, fasilitator dan moderator. Students learning ability of elementary, yunior and senior high school in Indonesia is in low grade. This condition was reported in PISA (2021) that students with competency literation under minimum standard is 70%. 71% students are under minimum mathematic competency and 60% students are under minimum competency science. This condition can be seen in SD Negeri Mojokerto 1 Kedawung, Sragen as well. A Learning based on minimum competency assesment research is held to make this condition better. This research is aimed to comprehend the learning based on minumum competency assesment in general; to comprehend the planning of learning based on minimum competency assesment with animal body structur topic in Elementary school; to comprehend the implementation of learning based on minimum competency assesment and to find the design of learning based on minimum competency assesment with animal body structur topic in elementary school. Subjects in this research is 35 students of clas IV and V SD Negeri Mojokerto 1. This research is held by using Research and Development method. Results of this research are: a) learning base on minimum competency assesment is better applied comprehensively as early as possible; b) learning plan based on minimum competency assesment is consisted of the purpose, topic selection, lesson plan, preparing test, learning activity and evaluation; c) learning activity is devided in three steps namely opening, learning activity and closing; and d) Learning activity is based on student center, while teacher is a motivator, fasilitator and moderator.
