    Abstract

    Penelitian ini didasari oleh fenomena munculnya aplikasi terbaru Mobile Banking (MBanking) dari Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) yaitu Byond by BSI. Di mana m-banking BSI masih kalah saing dan berada pada urutan bawah dibandingkan dengan m-banking lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti intensi penggunaan m-banking syariah pada aplikasi Byond by BSI di Jawa Barat serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, dengan menggunakan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yang dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Subjek penelitian adalah Generasi Milenial Muslim di Jawa Barat, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 170 responden. Hasil penelitian deskriptif menunjukan variabel persepsi manfaat, kenyamanan, kepuasan dan intensi penggunaan pada kategori tinggi. Sedangkan untuk variabel pengaruh sosial berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa persepsi manfaat dan kenyamanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi penggunaan Byond by BSI. Sedangkan variabel pengaruh sosial dan kepuasan menunjukan pengaruh positif terhadap intensi penggunaan Byond by BSI. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat menjadi pertimbangan, pengetahuan, serta informasi yang berguna bagi para pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat pada sektor keuangan syariah dalam rangka untuk mengembangkan fintech syariah menjadi lebih baik. This research is based on the phenomenon of the emergence of the latest Mobile Banking (M-Banking) application from Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), namely Byond by BSI. Where BSI m-banking is still less competitive and is at the bottom of the list compared to other mbanking. This study aims to examine the intention to use Islamic m-banking on the Byond by BSI application in West Java and the factors that influence it, using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory. This research uses quantitative methods, which are analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research subjects were Muslim Millennial Generation in West Java, with a sample size of 170 respondents. The results of descriptive research show that the variables of perceived benefits, convenience, satisfaction and intention to use are in the high category, while the social influence variable is in the medium category. The results of hypothesis testing show that perceived benefits and convenience have no effect on the intention to use Byond by BSI. Meanwhile, the variables of social influence and satisfaction show a positive influence on the intention to use Byond by BSI. The implications of this research are that it can be a consideration, knowledge, and useful information for stakeholders involved in the Islamic financial sector in order to develop Islamic fintech for the better.
