Abstract
Pengembangan pada program pelatihan penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan. Kebutuhan penyelia halal professional saat ini sangat meningkat sehingga dibutuhkan para penyelia. Kompleksitas pekerjaan dan tingkat kesulitan tugas penyelia halal mengharuskan penyelia halal memiliki kualitas kerja dan kompetensi mumpuni yang dibentuk dari pelatihan penyelia halal. Standar kompetensi penyelia halal telah tersedia pada SKKNI, namun dalam menjalankan profesinya saat ini, penyelia halal menemukan kesulitan dalam mengerjakan tugasnya, misalnya pada tugas evaluasi pemantauan proses produk halal, analisis proses bisnis perusahaan serta penanganan produk tidak halal. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya pemahaman dan kompetensi penyelia halal pada bagian tersebut. Maka tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan program pelatihan penyelia halal berbasis SKKNI. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian campuran dengan desain penelitiannya adalah Design Based Research (DBR). Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah peserta pelatihan penyelia halal LPJPH UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket, pedoman wawancara dan lembar validasi ahli. Temuan pertama, pada deskripsi analisis kebutuhan pada kesenjangan pelaksanaan program pelatihan adalah pada aspek isi, proses dan evaluasi program pelatihan yang sudah dijalankan LPJPH terkait. Temuan kedua, pengembangan program pelatihan berbasis kompetensi dilakukan pada aspek materi bagian penanganan produk tidak memasuki kriteria halal, pada aspek proses bagian audit dan pemantauan evaluasi menggunakan metode simulasi, serta pada bagian evaluasi peserta pelatihan dibuat tes tulis dan rubrik performa on job training. Temuan ketiga, adalah efektivitas yang menyimpulkan program pelatihan penyelia halal memberikan dampak positif pada peserta. Development of training programs is important to improve the quality of graduates. The need for professional halal supervisors is currently increasing so much that supervisors are needed. The complexity of the work and the level of difficulty of the halal supervisor's duties requires that the halal supervisor have good work quality and competence which is formed from halal supervisor training. Competency standards for halal supervisors are available in the SKKNI, but in carrying out their current profession, halal supervisors find difficulties in carrying out their duties, for example in the task of evaluating halal product process monitoring, analyzing company business processes and handling non-halal products. This is due to a lack of understanding and competence of halal supervisors in this section. So the aim of this research is to develop a SKKNI-based halal supervisor training program. The research method used was mixed research with the research design being Design Based Research (DBR). Participants in this research were halal supervisor training participants at LPJPH UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The instruments used were questionnaires, interview guidelines and expert validation sheets. The first finding, in the description of the needs analysis regarding gaps in the implementation of training programs, is in the aspects of content, process and evaluation of training programs that have been implemented by the relevant LPJPH. The second finding, the development of a competency-based training program was carried out in the material aspect of the product handling section which did not meet halal criteria, in the process aspect of the audit and evaluation monitoring section using simulation methods, and in the training participant evaluation section, written tests and on-job training performance rubrics were created. The third finding is effectiveness, which concludes that the halal supervisor training program has had a positive impact on participants.
