Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial, dan untuk mengetahui dysfunctional behavior memoderasi pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analistis. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Kampus Utama (Bumi Siliwangi) dan yang menjadi unit observasi adalah Ketua Program Studi di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling. Teknik probability sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Sampel yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 84 responden. Analisis statistik yang dipakai adalah regresi linear sederhana untuk pengujian hipotesis pertama dan regresi linear selisih mutlak untuk pengujian hipotesis kedua yang diolah dengan SPSS ver.13. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; pertama, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara partisipasi anggaran dengan kinerja manajerial. Kedua, dysfunctional behavior tidak memoderasi pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial. Kata Kunci: Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran, Kinerja Manajerial, Dysfunctional Behavior This study aimed to investigate the effect of budgetary participation on managerial performance, and to determine the moderating effect of dysfunctional behavior budgetary participation on managerial performance. This research used the descriptive method. The unit of analysis in this study is the Indonesian University of Education Main Campus (Earth Siliwangi) and that becomes the unit of observation is head of study program at Indonesia University of Education. The data which are used in this research are primary data. This research used probability sampling techniques. Probability sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The samples obtained in this study were as many as 84 respondents. The statistical analysis that used in this research are simple linear regression to test the first hypothesis and the absolute difference of linear regression to test the second hypothesis is processed with SPSS ver.13. The results of this study indicate that; First, there is positive and a significance of between budgetary participation and managerial performance. Second, dysfunctional behavior is not moderate the influence of budgetary participation on managerial performance. Keywords: Budget Participation, Managerial Performance, Dysfunctional Behavior
