    Abstract

    Berdasarkan Survei Job Outlook 2025 oleh National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), sebagian besar kualitas lulusan yang dibutuhkan dunia kerja adalah soft skill. Program Kampus Mengajar dan P3K merupakan bagian dari MBKM berbasis pendidikan. Kampus Mengajar diselenggarakan oleh Kemendikbudristek, sedangkan P3K oleh UPI. Meskipun keduanya bertujuan mengembangkan soft skill mahasiswa, terdapat perbedaan dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur pencapaian soft skill serta mengetahui perbedaan signifikannya antara mahasiswa Pendidikan Geografi UPI yang mengikuti Kampus Mengajar dan P3K, berdasarkan aspek self-awareness, thinking skill, dan social skill. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif terhadap 22 mahasiswa Kampus Mengajar dan 16 mahasiswa P3K. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, mahasiswa Kampus Mengajar meraih skor rata-rata 98,2 dan P3K sebesar 97,3. Pada aspek self-awareness, mahasiswa Kampus Mengajar mencatat skor 41,3 (sangat tinggi), sedangkan P3K 39,6 (tinggi). Dalam aspek thinking skill, P3K unggul dengan skor 30,1 dibanding Kampus Mengajar 27,1 (keduanya tinggi). Pada social skill, Kampus Mengajar memperoleh 29,8 (sangat tinggi) dan P3K 27,7 (tinggi). Studi komparatif menunjukkan keunggulan Kampus Mengajar pada self-awareness dan social skill, sementara P3K unggul dalam thinking skill. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan secara keseluruhan, namun terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada aspek thinking skill. According to the Job Outlook 2025 report by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), most of the top 20 employability attributes are soft skills. The Kampus Mengajar and P3K programs are education-based initiatives under the MBKM framework. Kampus Mengajar is organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek), while P3K is implemented directly by UPI. Although both programs aim to develop students’ soft skills, they differ in their implementation. This study aims to assess the soft skill achievement of Geography Education students at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia who participated in the Kampus Mengajar and P3K programs, and to examine whether there are significant differences between the two groups in terms of self-awareness, thinking skills, and social skills. Using a descriptive-comparative method with a quantitative approach, data were collected from 22 Kampus Mengajar and 16 P3K students. Results show that Kampus Mengajar students scored slightly higher overall (98.2) than P3K students (97.3). They also scored higher in self-awareness (41.3 vs. 39.6) and social skills (29.8 vs. 27.7), while P3K students excelled in thinking skills (30.1 vs. 27.1). The comparative study suggests that Kampus Mengajar students are stronger in self-awareness and social skills, while P3K students outperform in thinking skills. Hypothesis testing found no significant difference overall, but a significant difference in the thinking skill aspect.
