Abstract
Fenomena perundungan masih sering ditemukan di lingkungan sekolah terutama pada siswa remaja di sekolah menengah. Fenomena perundungan yang terus terulang di lingkungan sekolah tidak terlepas dari berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi baik secara internal ataupun eksternal. Salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh adalah rendahnya perilaku asertif korban perundungan yang mengakibatkan terulangnya fenomena perundungan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengungkap gambaran perilaku asertif pada korban perundungan, serta menyusun rancangan layanan konseling kelompok di sekolah untuk mengembangkan perilaku asertif siswa korban perundungan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain penelitian fenomenologis. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposeful sampling dengan jenis theoretical sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tiga korban perundungan di SMP Negeri 52 Bandung menggunakan metode wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran perilaku asertif korban perundungan, yaitu: 1) Korban perundungan cenderung asertif dalam aspek expressing positive feeling; 2) Korban perundungan cenderung pasif pada aspek self-affirmation; dan 3) Korban perundungan cenderung pasif pada aspek expressing negative feeling. Implikasi penelitian menghasilkan layanan konseling kelompok yang berfokus pada bidang pribadi-sosial, dan berfungsi untuk mengembangkan perilaku asertif pada siswa korban perundungan. The phenomenon of bullying is still often found in the school environment, especially among adolescent students in secondary schools. The phenomenon of bullying, which continues to occur in the school environment, is inseparable from various factors that influence both internally and externally. One of the influential factors is the low assertive behavior of the victims of bullying, which leads to the recurrence of the bullying phenomenon. The research aims to reveal the overview of assertive behavior in victims of bullying, as well as to design group counseling services in schools to develop assertive behavior of students who are victims of bullying. The approach used is qualitative with a phenomenological research design. The sampling technique used was purposive theoretical sampling. Data collection was conducted on three victims of bullying at SMP Negeri 52 Bandung using the interview method. The results showed an overview of the assertive behavior of victims of bullying, namely: 1) Victims of bullying tend to be assertive in the aspect of expressing positive feelings; 2) Victims of bullying tend to be passive in the aspect of self-affirmation; and 3) Victims of bullying tend to be passive in the aspect of expressing negative feelings. The implications of the research resulted in group counseling services that focus on the personal-social domain, and serve to develop assertive behavior in students who are victims of bullying.
