    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan implementasi program pelatihan bahasa dan budaya jepang untuk program magang kerja ke Jepang di Yamasaki Training Indonesia (YTI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program, memaparkan motivasi peserta, serta menilai tingkat kepuasan mereka. Penelitian ini membahas peran program dalam mempersiapkan individu untuk pasar tenaga kerja yang kompetitif di Jepang dan dunia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data penelitian implementasi program dikumpulkan melalui metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengkaji motivasi dan kepuasan peserta menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa program pelatihan di LPK Yamasaki Training Indonesia cukup terstruktur dengan baik, dengan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang selaras untuk mempersiapkan peserta bekerja di Jepang. Namun, ditemukan ketidaksesuaian antara silabus dan target kemampuan bahasa yang aktual. Data penelitian peserta menunjukkan motivasi yang tinggi, terutama motivasi ekstrinsik. Tingkat kepuasan secara umum tinggi, namun masih terdapat ruang untuk perbaikan pada fasilitas pelatihan dan metode pengajaran. Penelitian ini menyoroti beberapa area yang perlu diperbaiki dalam program pelatihan di LPK Yamasaki Training Indonesia. Rekomendasi mencakup peningkatan kualitas pengajar, revisi silabus untuk penyelarasan yang lebih baik, peningkatan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana pelatihan, dan pelaksanaan evaluasi program yang komprehensif. Penelitian lebih lanjut sebaiknya fokus pada metode pengajaran, motivasi peserta, dan analisis perbandingan program serupa untuk menyempurnakan efektivitas dan hasil pelatihan. This study aims to explain the implementation of the Japanese language and culture training program for the internship program to Japan at Yamasaki Training Indonesia (YTI). This research aims to analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the program, explain the motivation of participants, and assess their satisfaction level. This research discusses the role of programs in preparing individuals for a competitive labor market in Japan and the world. This research uses a qualitative approach. The qualitative method explores the implementation of the program through interviews, observations, and documentation. The questionnaire was used to assess the motivation and satisfaction of participants using the questionnaire. The results of the study revealed that the training program at LPK Yamasaki Training Indonesia is quite well structured, with coordinated planning, implementation, and evaluation to prepare participants to work in Japan. However, there was a discrepancy between the syllabus and the actual language proficiency target. The research data of the participants showed high motivation, especially extrinsic motivation. Satisfaction levels are generally high, but there is still room for improvement in training facilities and teaching methods. This study highlights several areas that need to be improved in the training program at LPK Yamasaki Training Indonesia. Recommendations include improving the quality of teachers, revising the syllabus for better alignment, improving training facilities and infrastructure, and implementing comprehensive program evaluations. Further research should focus on teaching methods, participant motivation, and comparative analysis of similar programs to improve training effectiveness and outcomes.
