Abstract
Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena keterbukaan diri santri remaja yang tidak bisa dikatakan cukup baik, sehingga akhirnya hal ini memengaruhi proses penyesuaian sosialnya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran keterbukaan diri pada remaja di SMP Plus Salafiyah Kauman Pemalang dengan sampel sebanyak 222 santri. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) gambaran umum keterbukaan diri santri remaja SMP Plus Salafiyah Kauman Pemalang berada pada kategori tertutup, 2) implikasi terhadap bimbingan penyesuaian sosial menjadi rekomendasi bagi bimbingan dan konseling di pesantren. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of self-disclosure among teenage Islamic students which cannot be considered good enough, thus affecting their social adjustment process. The study aims to obtain an overview of sef-disclosure among teenage Islamic students at SMP Plus Salafiyah Kauman Pemalang, with a sample of 222 students. The research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate: 1) the general overview of self-disclosure among teenage Islamic students at SMP Plus Salafiyah Kauman Pemalang is in the closed category, 2) the implications for social adjustment guidance and counseling become a recommendation for guidance and counseling in Islamic boarding schools.
