Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan media Flipbook Digital sebagai inovasi pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis literasi sejarah pada mata pelajaran Sejarah di kelas XI-10 SMA Negeri 11 Bandung. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari rendahnya minat dan kemampuan literasi sejarah siswa yang ditandai dengan keterbatasan pemahaman terhadap konsep kausalitas, minimnya refleksi terhadap peristiwa sejarah, serta rendahnya kemampuan mengomunikasikan informasi sejarah secara lisan maupun tulisan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru merancang media Flipbook Digital secara sistematis dan kontekstual melalui integrasi model pembelajaran berbasis TPACK. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL), yang mengaitkan materi sejarah dengan realitas kehidupan siswa dan konteks global. Flipbook Digital yang dilengkapi fitur interaktif seperti video sejarah, artikel pendukung, kuis, dan AI history, memberikan pengalaman belajar yang multimodal. Siswa menunjukkan respon positif terhadap pembelajaran dengan media Flipbook Digital. Kemampuan literasi sejarah siswa pun mengalami peningkatan, yang terlihat dari partisipasi aktif siswa dalam diskusi, pemahaman terhadap konsep sejarah, dan kemampuan menyampaikan gagasan secara tertulis maupun lisan. Dengan demikian, Flipbook Digital terbukti efektif sebagai media pembelajaran yang mendukung pembelajaran sejarah yang lebih bermakna dan literat. This study aims to describe the application of Digital Flipbook media as an innovation in contextual learning based on historical literacy in History subjects in class XI-10 of SMA Negeri 11 Bandung. The background of this study is based on the low interest and ability of students' historical literacy which is characterized by limited understanding of the concept of causality, minimal reflection on historical events, and low ability to communicate historical information orally and in writing. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The results of the study show that teachers design Digital Flipbook media systematically and contextually through the integration of TPACK- based learning models. The implementation of learning is carried out using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach, which links historical material with the reality of students' lives and the global context. Digital Flipbooks equipped with interactive features such as historical videos, supporting articles, quizzes, and AI history, provide a multimodal learning experience. Students show a positive response to learning with Digital Flipbook media. Students' historical literacy skills have also increased, as seen from students' active participation in discussions, understanding of historical concepts, and the ability to convey ideas in writing and orally. Thus, Digital Flipbook has proven to be effective as a learning media that supports more meaningful and literate history learning.
