Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat mahasiswa menjadi guru pada Program Studi Kependidikan FPEB UPI Angkatan 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 174 mahasiswa prodi pendidikan FPEB UPI Angkatan 2021 yang dipilih menggunakan metode incidental sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linier multiple. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa menjadi guru. Hal serupa juga ditemukan pada variabel lingkungan keluarga yang memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap minat menjadi guru. Selain itu, kombinasi antara efikasi diri yang tinggi dan dukungan lingkungan keluarga yang positif memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam membentuk minat mahasiswa terhadap profesi guru. This study aims to analyse the influence of self-efficacy and family environment on students' interest in becoming teachers in the Educational Study Program, FPEB UPI, class of 2021. The research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to 174 students of the Educational Study Program, FPEB UPI, class of 2021, selected through incidental sampling, and analysed using multiple linear regression techniques. The findings indicate that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on students' interest in becoming teachers. Similarly, the family environment variable also has a positive impact on the interest in pursuing a teaching career. Furthermore, the combination of high self-efficacy and positive family environment support significantly contributes to shaping students' interest in the teaching profession.
