Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi berdasarkan nilai rata-rata PTS dan PAS kelas XI Ekonomi SMA Negeri se-Kota Cimahi semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2024/2025 yang masih belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan TPACK guru terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi dengan motivasi belajar sebagai variabel mediator. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI yang mengambil mata pelajaran ekonomi yang berjumlah 855 siswa. Kemudian, diambil sampel sebanyak 254 siswa dengaan teknik random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis variabel mediasi versi Baron dan Kenny. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (i) rata-rata hasil belajar siswa masih berada pada kategori di bawah KKM, kemampuan TPACK guru berada pada kategori rendah, dan motivasi belajar berada pada kategori sedang; (ii) kemampuan TPACK guru berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar; (iii) motivasi belajar memediasi pengaruh Kemampuan TPACK guru terhadap hasil belajar. This research was motivated by the low student learning outcomes in the economics subject, based on the average scores of the Mid-Semester and Final Semester Assessments of 11th-grade economics students at public senior high schools in Cimahi City during the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, which had not yet met the Minimum Competency Criteria. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teachers’ TPACK competence on students' economics learning outcomes with learning motivation as a mediating variable. The research method used was explanatory survey with a quantitative approach, using questionnaires as the data collection instrument. The population of this study consisted of 855 11th-grade students enrolled in economics classes. A sample of 254 students was selected using random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was mediation analysis based on Baron and Kenny’s approach. The results of the study showed that: (i) the average student learning outcomes were still below the Minimum Competency Criteria, teachers’ TPACK competence was in the low category, and students’ learning motivation was in the moderate category; (ii) teachers’ TPACK competence had an effect on student learning outcomes; and (iii) learning motivation mediated the effect of teachers’ TPACK competence on learning outcomes.
