Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah berkaitan dengan produktivitas kerja guru di SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung yang masih belum maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat disiplin kerja, produktivitas kerja, dan sistem penghargaan serta untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja, dan sistem penghargaan sebagai variabel moderasi pada pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket kepada 55 responden yaitu guru SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis jalur dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang berbasis pada Partial Least Square (PLS).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat disiplin kerja berada dalam kategori cukup tinggi, tingkat produktivitas kerja berada dalam kategori cukup tinggi, dan tingkat sistem penghargaan berada dalam kategori cukup baik. Pengujian hipotesis mengungkapkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Serta, sistem penghargaan sebagai variabel moderasi secara signifikan memperkuat pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung.

The problems studied in this study are related to the work productivity of teachers at SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung which is still not optimal. This study aims to determine the level of work discipline, work productivity, and reward system and to determine whether or not there is an influence between work discipline on work productivity, and the reward system as a moderating variable on the influence of work discipline on the work productivity of teachers at SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung.
This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents, namely teachers at SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and path analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS).
The results of the study indicate that the level of work discipline is in the fairly high category, the level of work productivity is in the fairly high category, and the level of the reward system is in the fairly good category. Hypothesis testing shows that work discipline has a significant effect on work productivity. In addition, the reward system as a moderating variable significantly strengthens the influence of work discipline on teacher work productivity at SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung.
