Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi rendahnya hasil belajar peserta pelatihan di Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja (LPK) Kizuna Gakuin Bandung. Menggunakan
metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini focus kepada pelaksanaan pembelajaran, hasil belajar peserta, serta tantangan yang dihadapi instruktur. Pengumpulan data dengan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan informan yang meliputi pengelola, instruktur, dan peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun motivasi dan minat peserta terhadap pelatihan cukup tinggi, akan tetapi masih banyak dari mereka yang beum mencapai target hasil belajar, seperti level N4 bahasa Jepang. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar
disebabkan oleh kesulitan peserta dalam memahami materi, metode pembelajaran yang kurang optimal, dan perbedaan kapasitas belajar individu. Tantangan yang dihadapi instruktur dalam pelatihan mencakupi keterbatasan waktu, pemilihan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif, dan keterbatasana sarana pendukung. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perlunya perbaikan dalam metode dan strategi pembelajaran, peningkatan keterampilan instruktur, serta pengelolaan lingkungan belajar yang lebih mendukung. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai rekomendari untuk
meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan di LPK Kizuna Gakuin Bandung serta sebagai referensi bagi penelitian lebih lanjut di bidang Pendidikan nonformal.

This study aims to explore the low learning outcomes of trainees at the Kizuna Gakuin Job Training Institution (LPK) in Bandung. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research focuses on the implementation of learning, the trainees' learning outcomes, and the challenges faced by instructors. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation with informants, including the program manager,
instructors, and trainees. The results indicate that although the trainees demonstrate high motivation and interest in the training, many still fail to achieve the targeted learning outcomes, such as the N4 level of Japanese proficiency. Factors influencing learning outcomes include difficulties in understanding the material, suboptimal teaching methods, and differences in individual learning capacities. Challenges faced by instructors include time constraints, selecting effective teaching strategies, and limited supporting facilities. The study concludes that improvements in teaching methods and strategies, enhanced instructor skills, and better management of the learning environment are necessary. The implications of this research can serve as recommendations for improving the quality of training at LPK Kizuna Gakuin
Bandung and as a reference for further research in the field of nonformal education.
