Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya menerapkan metode yang sesuai dalam pengembangan keterampilan karyawan sebagai upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi. Ketiga metode CMC (Coaching, Mentoring, dan Counseling) dipandang sebagai intervensi yang efektif dalam mendukung peningkatan kinerja individu melalui arahan yang terstruktur, bimbingan berkelanjutan, serta dukungan psikologis yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan Coaching, Mentoring, dan Counseling (CMC) terhadap kinerja karyawan di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 240 responden yang merupakan karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan maupun parsial, ketiga variabel independen yaitu Coaching, Mentoring, dan Counseling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode CMC secara terpadu mampu meningkatkan performa kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan metode CMC dalam pelatihan karyawan memiliki peranan penting dalam pengembangan kinerja karyawan karena ketiganya saling melengkapi dalam mendukung kompetensi, motivasi, dan kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan.

This study is based on the importance of implementing appropriate methods in employee skill development as a strategic effort to enhance the quality of human resources within an organization. The three methods Coaching, Mentoring, and Counseling (CMCare considered effective interventions for improving individual performance through structured direction, continuous guidance, and adequate psychological support. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of implementing Coaching, Mentoring, and Counseling (CMC) on employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. This study employs a quantitative approach with a survey method and uses multiple linear regression analysis. A total of 240 employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participated as research respondents. The results of the analysis indicate that both simultaneously and partially, the independent variables (Coaching, Mentoring, and Counseling) have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. These findings suggest that the integrated implementation of CMC methods can effectively enhance employee work performance. The study concludes that applying CMC in employee training plays a crucial role in improving performance, as each method complements the others in supporting employee competence, motivation, and psychological well-being.
