Abstract

Musik merupakan salah satu hiburan yang banyak diminati oleh Masyarakat di Indonesia, termasuk juga di Kota Bandung. Dengan minat music yang banyak, mulai banyak juga konser yang diselenggarakan di Kota Bandung. Namun, pelaksanaan konser tersebut masih belum difasilitasi dengan bangunan yang memadai dan sesuai dengan fungsi dan tipologinya. Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tempat penyelenggaraan konser berupa concert hall yang sesuai dengan tipologi, serta memiliki kapasitas dan kenyamanan yang baik bagi pengunjung. Concert hall yang dibuat juga dapat dijadikan sebagai daya tarik wisata dan salah satu ikon kota. Pendekatan dan tema yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini, yaitu arsitektur metafora. Metode pengumpulan data untuk perancangan ini dilakukan dengan kajian literatur, dan survey langsung pada bangunan-bangunan sejenis, serta survey langsung pada tapak perancangan. Kemudian, analisis dilakukan pada data, seperti kebutuhan ruang, analisis aktivitas pengguna, dan analisis kondisi asli tapak perancangan. Perancangan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan alternatif penyelesaian pada kebutuhan tempat pelaksanaan konser sebagai salah satu hiburan bagi masyarakat, kebutuhan concert hall yang nyaman dan aman, serta kapasitas yang memadai. Music is an entertainment that is much sought after by people in Indonesia, including in the city of Bandung. With a lot of interest, many concerts are starting to be held in the city of Bandung. However, the implementation of these concerts is still not facilitated by adequate buildings that are appropriate to their function and typology. This design aims to meet the needs of a concert venue in the form of a concert hall that complies with the typology, and has good capacity and comfort for visitors. The concert hall created can also be used as a tourist attraction and one of the city icons. The approach and theme used in this design is metaphorical architecture. The data collection method for this design was carried out by literature review, and direct surveys on similar buildings, as well as direct surveys on the design site. Then, analysis is carried out on data, such as space requirements, user activity analysis, and analysis of the original condition of the design site. It is hoped that this design can provide an alternative solution to the needs of concert venues as entertainment for the community, the need for a comfortable and safe concert hall, and adequate capacity.
