    Abstract

    This study aims to describe students' learning motivation, study habits, and academic achievement, as well as analyze the effects of learning motivation and study habits on academic achievement. Grounded in cognitivism learning theory, this research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive-verificative approach. The subjects of this study comprise all 10th and 11th-grade students in the Accounting and Financial Institution program at public vocational schools in South Jakarta, with a total sample of 313 students. The research data include both primary and secondary sources. Secondary data were obtained through documentation, while primary data were collected via questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that students' learning motivation is generally high, study habits are at a moderate level, and academic achievement meets the minimum score standard. Moreover, the study confirms that learning motivation and study habits significantly influence the academic achievement of 10th and 11th-grade students in the Accounting and Financial Institution program at public vocational schools in South Jakarta.
