Abstract
Dynamic Vehicle Routing Problem (DVRP) adalah masalah penentuan rute sejumlah kendaraan dari depot ke sejumlah pelanggan, dengan mempertimbangkan adanya perubahan kondisi pelanggan secara real-time selama proses operasional. Selama jam kerja, pelanggan tambahan mungkin muncul, sehingga perlu diputuskan apakah pelanggan tambahan tersebut akan dilayani atau tidak, dengan tetap memperhatikan keterbasan sumber daya dan efisiensi layanan. Penelitian ini menyelesaikan DVRP menggunakan algoritma Fuzzy Ant Colony System (Fuzzy-ACS) yang merupakan pengembangan dari algoritma Ant Colony System (ACS) yang diadaptasi untuk menangani data tidak pasti melalui pendekatan teori fuzzy. Inisialisasi pheromone dilakukan menggunakan metode cluster insertion untuk menghasilkan pheromone awal yang lebih baik berdasarkan kedekatan geografis antar pasien. Hasil implementasi menggunakan algoritma fuzzy-ACS pada masalah layanan homecare di sebuah perusahaan menunjukkan bahwa masalah DVRP dapat diselesaikan dengan algoritma fuzzy-ACS secara efisien.
Dynamic Vehicle Routing Problem (DVRP) involves determining the routes of multiple vehicles dispatched from a depot to serve a set of customers, while accounting for real-time changes in customer conditions during operational processes. During service hours, new customer requests may arise, necessitating decisions on whether these additional customers should be served, considering resource constraints and service efficiency. This study addresses DVRP using the Fuzzy Ant Colony System (Fuzzy-ACS), an extension of the Ant Colony System (ACS) algorithm, adapted to handle uncertainty through fuzzy logic. Initial pheromone values are generated using the cluster insertion method, which improves initial solution quality by considering the geographical proximity between patients. Implementation of the fuzzy-ACS algorithm on a homecare service case study demonstrates that DVRP can be solved efficiently using this approach.
