Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aktivitas bermain yang dilakukan oleh anak kelompok A TK Gelatik Bandung. Secara lebih rinci penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana aktivitas anak bermain, faktor-faktor yang mendorong aktivitas anak bermain, pandangan guru mengenai aktivitas bermain anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Data yang digunakan berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelompok A TK Gelatik Bandung yang berjumlah tujuh orang. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan melalui observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aktivitas bermain yang dilakukan siswa kelompok A TK Gelatik Bandung dilakukan dengan cara bermain bebas dan spontan, bermain fantasi dan imajinasi, bermain terpimpin, dan bermain pasif/hiburan. Faktor-faktor yang mendorong anak melakukan aktivitas bermain di sekolah didukung oleh fasilitas melalui alat permainan di luar dan di dalam kelas, serta kurikulum. Pandangan guru terhadap bermain anak usia dini memiliki perbedaan setiap individunya. Adapun rekomendasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di harapkan dapat memberikan alat permainan dengan jenis yang berbeda setiap harinya agar anak mendapatkan pengalaman dan pengetahuan baru, dan dapat memilih mainan sendiri tanpa saran dari guru. Serta pihak sekolah untuk menghasilkan mutu yang lebih baik, di harapkan dapat lebih memperhatikan fasilitas di sekolah seperti alat permainan di luar dan alat permainan di dalam kelas guna untuk menunjang kegiatan bermain anak di sekolah serta untuk kebutuhan dan perkembangan anak agar sesuai dengan tingkat perkembangannya. Kata Kunci : bermain anak usia dini. Purpose of this research is to analyze playing activities that has done by A group of TK Gelatik Bandung. In more detail, this research is to know how to play, factors that motivated to play, teacher view about children’s play. Method used in this research is case study. Data collected by observation, interview, documentation study. Object in this research are seven children of A group in TK Gelatik Bandung. Data collection techniques are through observation, interview, and documentation of study. The result showed that the activities of play in A group TK Gelatik Bandung done with free playing and spontaneity, playing of fantasy and imagination, guided play, and passive play/entertainment. Factors that motivated children to do play activities in school are supported by many facilities of indoor and outdoor tools, also curriculum. Teacher view according to early children play have and differences in each individual. There is also recommendation in this research, expected to provide teachers with the tools play a different kind every day for children to gain experience and new knowledge, and can choose their own toys without the advice of a teacher. As well as the school to produce better quality, is expected to pay more attention in school facilities such as a game outside and plaything in the classroom in order to support the children's playground at the school as well as to the needs and development of the child to match the level of development.
