    Abstract

    Keterampilan berkolaborasi telah menjadi bagian penting dalam pembelajaran di abad 21. Kemampuan untuk bekerja sama tentunya dikembangkan sejak dini, yang sangat berharga bagi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan Ice Breaking “Kenali Suaraku”. Terhadap penguatan keterampilan bekerja sama Siswa Kelas 3 SDN 2 Karyajaya Rangkasbitung. Pada pembelajaran abad 21 Kerja sama merupakan hal penting. (Griffin & Care, 2015, hlm. 42) Menyatakan bahwa kerja sama adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk bekerja sama secara efektif dengan orang lain untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Kuantitatif dengan desain pretest – posttest. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas 3 SDN 2 Karyajaya Rangkasbitung yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Ice Breaking “Kenali Suaraku” dapat meningkatkan keterampilan bekerja sama siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pretest dan posttest, terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada aspek komunikasi, tanggung jawab, dan kerja sama tim. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat indikasi bahwa kegiatan ice breaking yang interaktif dan menyenangkan efektif dalam meningkatkan dinamika kelompok dan memperkuat keterampilan bekerja sama dalam lingkungan belajar. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan implikasi bagi penerapan metode ice breaking yang sejalan, sehingga dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif strategi bagi guru dalam menciptakan atau menciptakan suasana belajar yang kolaboratif. Collaboration skills have become an important part of learning in the 21st century. The ability to work together is certainly developed early on, which is very valuable for students. This study aims to analyze the effect of using Ice Breaking "Recognize My Voice". On strengthening the collaboration skills of Grade 3 Students of SDN 2 Karyajaya Rangkasbitung. In 21st century learning, cooperation is important. (Griffin & Care, 2015, p. 42) States that cooperation is a person's ability to work together effectively with others to achieve common goals. Using a Quantitative research method with a pretest - posttest design. The subjects of the study were grade 3 students of SDN 2 Karyajaya Rangkasbitung who were selected by purposive sampling. The results of the study showed that the use of Ice Breaking "Recognize My Voice" can improve students' collaboration skills. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest data analysis, there was a significant increase in the aspects of communication, responsibility, and teamwork. This study found that there were indications that interactive and fun ice breaking activities were effective in improving group dynamics and strengthening collaboration skills in the learning environment. This study can provide implications for the application of the ice breaking method in line, so that it can be an alternative strategy for teachers in creating or creating a collaborative learning atmosphere.
